@CMM726 good for you that you enjoy your poverty, and have bought into the myths about all the scary devil-worshipping and "selling their soul" the very wealthy allegedly do. You're much less likely to question why some billionaires pay a fraction of their worth in taxes, compared to the bigger percentage that the average wage slave does...imo you think you're being enlightened, but you're thinking just the way the elites want you to think, and staying in your place. Me, personally, I want more for myself than poverty, and have worked smarter (not necessarily harder than anyone else), to get to a place where I now earn enough to only work 3-4 days a week and be comfortable. Wealth is not only money, but the gift of time...and I have that.

I think transference of love from one individual, often a caregiver, to a romantic attachment to a similar individual is common. There’s whole psychological studies about it. As an adolescent just coming into their sexuality, it can happen. I’d imagine since she was bereft of her parents love, her love for her true mother figure who had also been taken from her isn’t sick or disturbing, but a psychological coping mechanism. IMHO. This poor woman suffered in her life. I’m only 11 minites in, but I wanted to comment of this section before I forget. Loving this bio so far.

She had MOTHER issues, and the rest followed... Her mother's selfishness destroyed a whole empire, both happiness and wealth. ...I'm sure both grandmothers were to blame. Gloria's father could not save Gloria - he could not save even himself - but at least he loved Gloria, unlike her narcissistic mother? Was Gloria really a gay, or just an easy targer for her gay girl friend? Maybe Gloria just liked the affection she got, and was easily abused sexually, in order to keep a good friend. I could imagine Gloria's mother evicted nanny, so she could more freely abuse Gloria & rob her money. I'm sure she had the power to do so. Gloria had children so she did achieve things in life. She just didn't have a capable & caring adult in her childhood/youth. Nanny didn't have the authority for that; she tried, but got horrible accusations [from a selfish monster] and was eliminated. So nobody could save little Gloria! They just sucked her money.

If it wasn't for the name and inheritance she'd be just some 'nothing special'. She didn't do anything important with her life, from marriage to marriage like a lost ship at sea. Yet her name keeps getting mentioned as if she was really something. Thank God this trend of admiring people for nothing is dissipating.

Gloria's first few husbands married Gloria for access to her easy money only. They abused her physically and emotionally not long after they married her, in some cases during the honeymoon already. She had to pay them off handsomely to make them go away which was how they established themselves financially. Her mother and her twin Aunt Thelma (former mistress to Edward VIII who was usurped for Wallis) introduced Gloria when she was 16 to the debauched Hollywood lifestyle while she was visiting her mother in Hollywood for the summer. She refused to return to school and to the guardianship of her Aunt Gertrude when she was supposed to return back to her. Her Aunt Gertrude basically cut ties with her from that point onwards and turned her loose. Interesting side note: when Thelma had to leave Edward VIII to travel to the US to attend to "family business", she asked Wallis Simpson to step in to look after "The Little Man" while she was gone. When Thelma returned, Edward was no longer interested in her and dumped her. The rest changed history. Thelma's "family business" was to be present to support her sister during the custody trial of little Gloria going on in New York.

I don't understand what makes all these famous peoples lives qualify as INTERESTING. I mean they get controlled, have babies with rich people, have titles that make them seem more valid. But really why are their lives considered so fascinating and fulfilling? They do everything they're supposed to do and just have babies and get a divorce. I would rather be me. For example in 2023 I have been to Armenia, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Sri Lanka, Bali and Turkey and even though I live a mundane life, for me my life is far more interesting and fulfulling and I would prefer my life to theirs any day. I feel sorry for these little overprotected perfect wives of rich people that the media glorifies because they have money to buy their products and the medía speaks out against people like me.

Also exploring your sexuality isn't always interesting depending on how you look. People you like will treat you like a dog based on how you looked. You can get controlled and treated derogatorily and live in a much lower way than if you are alone. I find that as I get older not every area in everyone's life is lucky but it's enough to have a few areas that are lucky. Some people fall in love for example easily many times but maybe they don't have health or can't travel or aren't free to think how they want because they are controlled by their relationship. I like how in my life I haven't had luck with people but I have luck with travel, health, creativity and freedom and this is wonderful and even better than exploring sexuality. I have explored sexuality in a different way but I find any guy I like treats me derogatorily and being free and alone and travelling is much better than having a sexual relationship with someone who wants to educate you to be less than what you are.

I really did not understand how that applied to Gloria, especially when you stated having a sexual relationship with someone who wants to educate you to be "less than what you are". We simply do not know that anything untoward happened with the Nanny. In reference to her experience with the girl at the sleep over which she explicitly stated that she enjoyed, I see absolutely no harm in that at all. Young people often do experience, particularly young women. There was nothing demeaning or derogatory or inappropriate about this. Just the innocence of youth... One's sexuality is interesting if one so desires to share it. And it is an interesting part of her history, in my opinion, and that is why Gloria chose to share it. There was nothing about her that was "less than", quite the opposite, she lived life large... larger than most of us would ever dare. She was a woman of great strength.
@michelledelagiroday7822
@michelledelagiroday7822 8 месяцев назад
@@wendigo1919 It's not a question of wanting to share. People aren't perfect. Many times you like people but they don't want you or are mean to you and the experience is boring and unfulfilling if it's even available. A lot of guys just want to have sex with anyone and will pursue you just to make fun of you. A lot of lesbians are worse tan guys and are very judgemental and crítical. I find that attraction isn't always mutual. For some it's never mutual and other people have more luck in this area and it has nothing to do with wanting to share yourself. Sometimes the world doesn't accept you for your dreams and who you want to be but there are many great people who aren't totally accepted by the world around them. I think that to live large you have to be a crowd pleaser and able to attract. If no one you are attracted to is ever attracted back then there's no one to go on passionate aventures with which is OK because there are other ways to lose yourself in life like through travel and creativity. Many times when you are with people you are not allowed to be creative how you want and you must have the same thoughts as the crowd and for me I don't want to be like this .
@michelledelagiroday7822
@michelledelagiroday7822 8 месяцев назад
Also some people's concept of sharing is really conniving and they will in public offer to buy you a coffee or a beer but want you to cut your arm off in private for them in return. I knew a guy who wanted me to have a bed in a room with a bunch of other guys instead of having my own apartment to save money and to give the rest to him. Many people can offer a free gift publicly to make themselves appear more gracious but you shouldn't accept because you usually en up losing a lot more in return. It's OK to have boundaries and it's not good to give endlessly to everyone that you see around you. Some people you are generous with them and they will call you a pig. @@wendigo1919

@@wendigo1919I am really narcissistic but I am unapologetic about it because it's not my fault and people have being X-raying me inappropriately for years for entertainment which is abuse so I can't like anyone. Also wherever I go people just jabber about me, "médium médium nothing nothing" and just smoke and repeat this and talk about nothing so there's no one nice that I can actually speak to and it's because I have been famous for nothing for a decade and a half and because of it I have all these nonsense stalkers everywhere I go
