The dough for these buns is:
-GLUTEN FREE
-LACTOSE FREE
👉INGREDIENTS:
For 6-8 buns:
60 g buckwheat flour
210 g corn starch
30g tapioca or potato starch
6 g psyllium husk
10 g sugar
6 g salt
3 g dry yeast
190 g lukewarm water
50 g egg (1 egg M)
50 g oil
6 g xanthan gum
🚩 If you have prepared my gluten-free bread flour mix in advance, you can substitute 310 g of the mixture (weight of starches + flour + sugar).
