I can't wait to try these. I don't know if we sell butterscotch chocolate chips in Australia, I think the closest we would have is Caramilk chips. I hope they will give the same flavor.

@@glutenfreehabit yes I did find them and the bars were so delicious. I have also been playing around with your white bread recipe and managed to make a fruit loaf, date loaf and multi grain loaf. I have baked so many of your recipes, I can't wait for more to come. Thankyou so much

Hi Sherri! I've heard that marshmallows work pretty well as a sub for the coconut. I've never personally tried it though, so I can't make any promises. However, it does sound really good. I hope your Magic Bars turn out great!
