i eat 100gm/day of seiten(wheat gluten protein) for last 3 month i have no issue like bloating, stomach pain, gas or any kind of allergy nothing and i have muscle gain so this is bad for long run i cant understand an you please clear sir
Most North indians are not allergic to gluten at all.. However south indians find it heavy and bloated ... Many North Indians cannot digest dosa isliye on daily basis and find it very bloating...Some people feel. Absolutely normal and good with gluten.. So just chill it's all about your gene food ... If it's not causing u any problem u shd carry on with it
@@Indiangirl1984 exactly currently i m in Hyderabad i eat masala dosa too tasty but after 3 days i have gastric issues so now i eat puri sabji curry perfectly fine
@@ncode2071 yes see u felt it yourself... Fermented food doesn't suit everyone no matter how healthy it is.... South indians grew up eating that so they are fine.....
