🙏Sorry for missed video of adding fish. Note: Once curry comes to a rolling boil, add slightly crushed Triphala , bangda pieces and add salt to taste & continue to cook for about 10 minutes.
Aisha tai, I tried this recipe of yours and trust me, me and my family blessed you for this superb taste of bangda hooman.I am a gsb and we do make variety of fish curries, but this method was new to me, oilfree and full of memories from goan cuisine. Thanks a lot.
U don't know how much useful this video is for me....I can't thank u enough....I was looking for authentic taste for Curries....which didn't come from mixie....I thought of wet grinder...but was unsure whether it will do a good job of grounding coconut paste fine..... I m so relieved today n I have ordered wet grinder after watching ur videos....pls keep posting such videos where Curries are prepared from wet grinder paste
Sure......don't worry.... Wet grinders take time around 20-30 minutes to grind 1 medium/large size scrapped coconut but we really get fine paste.... Amount of water is also very important while grinding..... If incase the rotation stops in between then you just need to add water accordingly for smooth grinding..... One more video I will be posting soon on all purpose curry paste and how to store in refrigerator.... For any issues.... I am here✋
@@AishasCookeryKitchen m very very happy with the wet grinder paste....my mom praised the fish curry....n all credit goes to u....I owe u my happiness as m very fond of cooking....

Triphala is the key ingredient in Goan mackerel curry.... and addition of fenugreek seeds enhances the taste.... Next time you can give it a try with triphala 👍 and thank you for trying this recipe 🙏🏻
