You must use the wooden spoon to stir it ,it is good for mud vessel

Only difference between Vindaloo & Sorpotel is that in Sorpotel the pork is cut into small cubes and fried in fat till charred. I'm eager to try Vindaloo now to see what difference this makes to the flavor!
