I have not heard this song until I actually got to the final chapter of Verdant Wind. I knew of the song's existence, but I wanted to wait until I heard it in-game for myself. Let's just say it was well worth the wait.

They are called the 10 elites but the game only has 9 master classes and so it ended up being gloucester that is a lvl 45 priest in the final chapter of the campaign.

A personal headcannon of mine is that the fight against nemesis also happens after the end of crimson flower. Byleth, after they and Edelgard defeat Rhea, they go to Shambhala to defeat those who slither in the dark. Byleth, despite no longer having crest stone inside their heart, still has the crest of flames. Using the same technology that created Amyr, another creator sword is created. Not sure what its name should be I'm open to ideas. But byleth goes on with Edelgard and the black eagle strike force to defeat those who slither in the dark once and for all. After injuring Thales, he summons javelins of light to destroy Shambhala. And while the black eagle strike force escapes, the javelins of light break the seal on Nemesis's tomb. The black eagles strike force had their final battle against Nemesis. And as a bonus, if you choose to keep Claude alive, he joins the fight against Nemesis with the Almyran army for sparing his life. With the power of the black eagle strike force and the Almyran army, Nemesis is defeated once and for all.

Anyone else think this battle should have been in crmision flower and not verdant wind or in both

The hype in this song, while fairly large, is very frontloaded--the second half doesn't have nearly the same kick the first half does in my opinion. It's not bad, but that holds it back to roughly a 7/10 whereas a lot of other FE final map themes are easy 9s and 10s.

Am I really the only one that thinks this is absolutely awful?
