Especially when it dawned on our muslim friend Isaiah 9:6 was closer to our interpretation than our modern Jewish cousins interpretation , who have done nothing but retranslate their way away from Jesus their Jewish messiah. The story of the Jews since Jesus is a truly horrendous one. Both the body of Christ and the Jewish religious elite have done their best to hurt the Jewish nation. It's a story of true heartache and unbelievable waste. A story unfortunately has been told over and over again in the old testament.
