This season of Death Battle has been pretty good but a lot of the deaths are incinerations/ disintegrations which gets old real quick. This episode definitely had the best death I'd seen in a while.

Details matter goku black was dependent on a ring to be a paradox reverse flash just is one and he’s not dependen on reality to be there just a flow of time yes Black has the spirit of a god but he’s body is mortal. Omni king erased the universe and flashes can counter universal destruction with the speed force hacks like the vibration trick thats how the hop across universes too some DC characters are just to ridiculously powerful.

Here some fun facts about goku black 1. He fought goku several times in anime but two never fought in the manga 2. He is the third villain to kill goku (Piccolo first and Cell second) 3. He is second villain in DB franchise to have his own unique super saiyan transformation (the first was Broly with his legendary super saiyan form) 4. He has similarities with Baby both have hatred for saiyans although he hates mortals as well, both use saiyan bodies for power they feel they need to accomplish these plans, both use altered saiyan forms to match and surpass goku, both see their evil actions as justified, and they use body of protagonist (vegeta in Baby case and goku in black case) and both end up doing evil things to an incarnation of bulma (Baby infects bulma with a tuffle parasite turning her against goku and uninfected z fighters while black ends up killing bulma

Made sense. He is a Professor and he can do it while avoiding Black Flash / Time Wraiths

Zamasu and Goku Black may be still existing in some timelines, Theres possibly a timeline where he still had the time ring, therefore he can't not be wearing it, as his master is still alive even when he was killed still wearing the time ring, Goku Black even mentions he's killed him before, and Zamasu and Black appear in Xenoverse in multiple levels, not quite canon but Xenoverse is a series all about alternate dimensions and Timelines!

Goku Black's stats were worse put together than Reverse Flash's, they should clarify that the only way he did the universe altering thing is cause he fused

Zamasu is the Supreme Kai of Universe 10 kills his master, uses the super dragon balls to take over Goku's body, then kills his family, then travels to Future Trunks' (Same exact Trunks from the Cell Saga, he even has Cell's time machine) timeline to wreak havok, and finally Trunks travels to the past like he did in the Cell Saga in order to get Goku and Vegeta to defeat Goku Black. I know they explain it in the Death Battle, but I am typing this a 1:10 for the timestamp of the video because I wanted to correct you on saying you aren't correct about it being another universe it is just an alternate timeline where a Kai from anothe universe stole Goku's body.

The funny part is they actually heavy low balled both characters, but even if they didn't Thrown would have won anyway. If anything it would have just been easier for him

I mean ultra instinct Goku vs Superman is going to be closer to Gokus side but superman can just wait him out. There's no unlimited version of UI Goku, if there was, it would be a wash

The issue I had was not with the outcome. It was just the inconsistency of death battle. There is statements for both dragon ball and DC universes being infinite. It doesn't change the outcome but at the end they argue that reverse flashes universal feats are higher because the DC universe is I 70 mill times larger. But you can easily find calculations that put goku black close to that number. It's just weird to me because I have friends that are as knowable about comics as I am with abime and they even said death battle is inconsistent. They show feats that contradict their scale later. Like the fact that they showed a scan of the flashes racing almost ripping apart the DC multi verse. If they scale reverse flash to that feat then not only was this not even a fight but it also contradicts what they say at the end of the battle. I get that it's entertainment. I just don't think that's a very good excuse especially since they take the time to do research and give most of the run time dedicated to displaying feats and scaling. The argument only works when it comes to dbx because that's a popular vote thing. But with death battle its very important that they be consistent. The biggest thing for me is that they didn't even attempt to give a range for goku blacks ap. They just said that it wouldn't match flashes. Which is actually true but you still have to give numbers for goku black as a reference.

goku black doesn't want balance he want to erase all mortals. Also they just threw out the fact that goku black was actually immortal, he was blown in half and just grew another half, he had a hole blown through his chest and just fixed it with god magic. The thing that made goku black strong was that he had goku's scaling powers in an immortal body so yeah if you discount half the shit then obviously he's gonna lose which is why I hate deathbattle. Also disregarding the fact that goku black could of used the potara earrings to just absorb a reverse flash and gain all his ablities as well as gokus.
