Yes he is still sounding good. I just saw Elton John from Glasgow trying to sing Rocket Man, couldn't hit any of the high notes and didn't have anybody else either to help out to cover. It made it lacking.
You are A Big 1,000,000% correct!!!!!!!! I saw them about 40 or more years ago at an UN- Sold out concert at Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom for the reduced price of $6.00 a ticket and a pile of us jumped into somebody’s car and away we went to one of the Greatest Concerts that I ever saw in my life. And they have only gotten better with time like a fine wine. You can’t please everyone but then there are a lot of just plain STUPID PEOPLE OUT THERE. You gotta feel privileged if you had the opportunity to see this band at least once in you life and if more well you were just one lucky SOB. 🐢 7-23-23
Yes saw them open for Ted Nugent, great concert. I was told when they opened for Santana in 1976 that the people liked them better. 9roc@@curtnicholson7771
Cesar Zuiderwijk was born on 18 of July 1948 in The Hague. I find him similar to Fleetwood Mac's drummer (Mick Fl.) . See also the end of "Go your own way".
They were seen many times in the 70's on Don Kersheners rock concert. It was played around 10pm. I also saw them Live in 75 at Winterland in SF CA. They were much better LIVE!
Can you believe this is 50 YRS OLD.... I was a little kid... Loved this song... still do... never gets old... and I am a drummer. This song inspired me. Cesar Zuiderwijk is an amazing drummer and whole band and song writing is amazing.
It is so fun to watch a bunch of old pros get up there and show how it is done after all of these years and still looks like they are having a good time.
I guess people dont like this is because they themselves cant play this type of music or can appreciate it. Grew up with this band loveed it then and still do
The youngsters on here passing comment 😂 these guys were kicking ass before you guys were born and but for bands like this the bands that you adore would have had no-one to rip off! 😂😂
Rock legends. It's ridiculous to not expect them to put a spin on a live song. Let's see how you do in your 70's. They are in fabulous form for their ages. They have been rocking since a lot of you were but a gleam in your Daddy's eye.
Heard them practicing a few blocks away in The Hague in the seventies.. they came a long way.. still a great act …and in my book one of the greatest rock drummers in the world !!
this RU-vid clip just proves it and theirs no fake, the audience knows and turns up for "Legends" and gives the band there respect and music soul head-banging, Every-time.

This is why I say, if you have heard of someone, even if you don’t like what they do, just by the power of name recognition, that performer will give you what they are famous for. And, depending on your mood, there’s a good chance you’ll actually enjoy it. These guys are obviously having a great time. The voices are fine, the playing is, as I say, what they are famous for. Great stuff.
I met a band member 30 years ago chilling with his dogs and his family reminiscing about the limousines and the high life, I hope he's here to relish in the glory of times past.
Meine besten Wünsche an George Koymanns bezüglich seiner schweren Erkrankung!! Ich werde Euch immer verehren ❤
this is one one those songs that left a mark.... June 74', First time I heard it I was living/experiencing the scenario.... sun was coming up.... I had started driving at 9pm.... sweating hands due to heater was stuck on in my 65 VW SqBack..... chick was down the road.... coffee wasn't working.... this comes on the FM radio outside NYC..... woke me right up!...... left a Mark....
This is one of my favorite songs. I remembered my Uncle John played this song at his home, when I was visiting. This song is a classic to all their fans. The band did a good job.👍👍
I grew up on the road listening to that song and feeling the radar love drawing me home … that group made a concert out of it … awesome all time performance
I do believe they've aged well....better than the original! I saw them in concert in the late 70's when Radar Love was hot and new...this is better than that performance by far. It's a throwback to how concerts used to be...jams and drum solos...not playing the recording live. Much more fun.
One of my all-time favorite songs that I grew up with and they haven't lost a step. Incredible performance. Incredible incredible drum solo and it is first drum solo I've ever heard it reminds me of my very favorite band, the sorely missed professor, Neil Peart.
