Actually, this isn’t so funny anymore.🥺 It’s not due to Wendy Williams being classless , it’s her body being fucked up. She may not be the most amazing person in the world, but it still sucks when someone is sick. And anything with the GI tract is just abysmal. Pain anywhere is pain, don’t get me wrong. But there’s something especially horrific about anything with the gut. People with serious GI issues, who need a colostomy bag, who have incontinence, feel humiliated, dehumanized. They feel “gross,” “disgusting.” The infections are horrifying. It’s just…yeah. Not funny. Like making fun of someone with a disfiguring skin disease or skeletal disorder for being “ugly.”

As a big fan of the show I do feel like you guys need to be more sensitive and aware of IBS. It can be debilitating and you very much miss represent the symptoms (for instance my most common symptoms is crampes and dishes that makes be unable to do anything but lay down, I have never shit myself...) PS : Doesn't mean I don't hate Wendy Williams

Wendy is so complicated because while I want to laugh because some of the things she does/says is SO ridiculous it’s simultaneously hard to not recognize what makes her “funny” might actually be stemming from things she can’t control like addiction, autoimmune illness, mental illness, etc. When I think about it that way, yeah, not so funny anymore.
