its like newer samsung phones vs iphone, iphone being the black, it has better MP, alot nicer quality, but samsung (silver) uses flashy colour filters and tend to catch the eye, this is my personal opinion

Wow I didn't know the Silver and White don't have protune or removable batteries! That's crazy for the pricing of those. Black is the only one worth getting IMO. HyperSmooth is truly a killer feature worth the premium, but that slow pan issue does suck. Lower tiers it's much better to get a Yi or Sony instead.

I am going out today to purchase the 7 black but wanted to do a little more research beforehand. Thank you for the time and hard work you put into making this video. Excellent job all around. >I am concerned with the panning stutter as I do a lot of panning. I may have to turn off stabilization for those times and pan on a tripod. Great video, and definitely answered my question! Your voice and narration skills are on point! I did want to suggest that when doing comparison video, if you stack the video in split screen instead of doing side-by-side, the similarities and differences become more readily apparent as the eye is seeing the same things in the same places, not needing to reconstruct each frame. (Annoying that the word frame is ambiguous in this instance.. I'm sure you'll know what I meant though ;-)

This was useful. In EVERY case my eyes tell me the silver is the best, and I'd tie the black and white. Got tired of the pedantic sales pitch here, so turned it off, but looks to me like the white is capable of excellent results in most cases, but there are differences in connectivity features that some may feel merit the cost of the black.

@@hugomorales5101 Depending on scenario. Note9 will have an infinitely better quality of video, while GoPro will have a bigger angle, better sun and smoother moving objects.
