I recommend you don't use this on your neck as the pressure may be too much. Best to see a physical therapist for your pinched nerve or apply gentle neck stretches
There is a weird stigma around scars as if they are evil and need to be broken. This is rarely the case and if so it would be surgically not with a tool like this
@@YOGABODY.Official I don’t think you understand how and what scar tissue within the muscle is & why it’s beneficial to have it worked on through percussion & deep tissue massages.
I think what he meant was in the hands of a person who knows what to do (therapist, physio etc etc) more can be done vs a person who doesnt know anything but just go up and down / sideways because someone in youtube said to do it.
after a long day of standing at work I definitely blast this on my feet. Wonders as well as my tense back. I get anxious really fast for no reason and when I hit my back with this after a good ten minutes I feel the heat and muscle relaxation. Can’t imagine not having this
Bahaha the audio guy has no clue what he's talking about. The theragun like many other tools releases your fascia aka Self Myofascial release which definitely DOES help curr injuries. What he's calling "tension" is a actual thin layer of skin that tightens up daily.
