@O No, but the Fairness in Women's Sports Act, which was referenced in the video, is just such a law that I mentioned. While what that law accomplishes is needed, I'm equally not happy that a law needs to be made to do it as I am not happy that laws/policies promoting things like men in women's sports, or who can and can't get married are getting made. Anything resembling sense has gone out the window, and needing laws to bring it back is not a direction I want to go. If people want something create a supply for it that doesn't come at the expense of completely blocking someone else's opportunities and disregarding their beliefs.

As a guy who was on his school's swim team in both middle school and highschool and was the best free style swimmer they had, I fully agree with DeSantis. I practiced along side the girls swim team my school had and in middle school it didn't take me too long on the first day to notice that is guys had the advantage. In highschool the girls actually enjoyed practicing with us guys because it made them more motivated in pushing themselves. They however were pretty glad that they didn't compete against guys though. This was about 10 years before this trans bs kicked off. I would have felt bad for them if they had to compete against a guy who thought he was a girl. Wouldn't have been fair one bit and as a person who had done a lot of sports other then swimming, I fully understand and approve of fairness in sports and see it as part of sportsmen ship of which it is. These people allowing trans to compete against real men and women clearly don't know what fairness and sportsmen ship are. Above all the trans gender community should have its own division.
