This is a great video, Ashley! Glad you could use my pix! There were 2 bathrooms. These pix were taken in the men's room, where Elvis' barber chair was located. Harold brought us up here at night when Elvis was out of town. We all got pix in his barber chair. 😀 It was probably 4 am!

Not sure if it's still there but there used to be a payphone right outside the customer toilets, I used it to try to phone home to the UK on my First ever visit. I can't remember if I got connected or not though .😂

I remember Lisa talking about she liked the TV show, " I dream of Jeanie ". I don't remember exactly what she said, but when I saw those bottles that reminded me of her. I wish they hadn't of remodled the pool house/ bathroom. A lot of cool information as always. Love it!! Thank you Ashley.

Ashley, what you said explains why you are one of my favorite historical (and of course Elvis) channels. I specified "historical" because it astounds me how many people believe what they have heard and hold it tightly, regardless of historically truthful or not. The fact that you were excited to learn those chairs might have been in the house during Elvis' life, and had ZERO ego about possibly not knowing all the details in the past had me cheering you on!!! Just more proof you just want to get it right!! A couple years ago a VERY well known vlogger, who is a huge Elvis fan, made a statement I knew with 100% certainty to be factually wrong. I very respectfully posted the full story and several different sources. Silly me, I thought he would want to know the truth. Well this "oh gee shucks" personality tore me to shreds in a follow up post, said I didn't know what I was talking about (I did), said my sources were liars (several worked for Elvis and I heard the same info firsthand, on different occasions, including Marty Lacker), and just overall nastiness. I recall thinking....doesn't he just want to know what is true? I'll take this channel every day of the week over "my old pal" ;) Thanks for caring about FACTS and truth!!!

Love when you point out all the differences or how things have changed over the years at Graceland! It's so cool to see these things that we no longer can see or never saw. When I was there in 2019, I didn't know there were bathrooms there. LOL It's so weird how much that area changed. I love the photos that where shared with you, how fun and very cool photo's to have! As always, I loved this video Ashley, you always do an excellent job with spotting these details in photos like the decanters. Love all your great detective work!

I wish I could see more pictures of Elvis around the pool enjoying it. Are there many? I’m guessing with him having an opposite sleep schedule that he might not have used it much. Just a guess. People who have visited Graceland since 1982 do not know that nothing in the scenery resembles the time when the greatest Star who walked the Earth lived there Priscilla BEAULIEU and not PRESLEY to rethink and changed everything in the House that ELVIS had bought for his beloved Mama If he came home he would say " " Where am I? , It's not my home anymore! "" Grrr; Same for his house in Tupelo, which has been demolished and rebuilt and which is not at all represented in the image of the house where he lived very little time with his parents but they embellish for tourists ///// "" ELVIS has been, is and will always be "a cash cow" for everyone and beyond; but it will remain for Eternity A GIFT OF GOD

I really like seeing a younger person's respect for The Man and his home. So sick of hearing 'gaudy' or 'over the top'. Very cool vid. Have not seen the interior of the bath house or the renovations that took place. Sad they had to change it but understand code requirements.

Sure enjoyed this one as I do all of them but, love heariing about the pool house and it's changes. Also the glass decanturs are interesting to me the red and green sets. My dad has a whiskey set of which I still have to this day. A smaller set than what's shown here. It's a green and 24 kt. gold set. Just love it as I love these here!
