I'm holding Arumba hostage for not knowing everything about the game.

A swordsman near a windmill in Spain, eh? And pretty much near the region of la Mancha, think the developers did that on purpose?

Arumba's in a trade management game...how long til we get the spreadsheets again?

Well I am happy Arumba is enjoying himself playing this, but to the other people who are thinking of buying this game, don't fool yourselves too much about it. If you've played patrician 4 or rise of venice, then you've already played 99% of this game, literally. If you haven't played hundreds of hours of those two, then I would advise not to waste your money on this game as it is 100% the exact same game as patrician 4, just with land connexion instead of sea connexion between the cities, literally, this is not a joke, I don't think they spent too much time making this game considering it's the exact same game with the same engine and graphics as patrician 4. Also Kalypso the developpers have a history of remaking the exact previous games but with less content so they can put more DLC's into it to make it something somewhat close to a full game experience, see patrician 4 and tropico 5, just to cite the two most known of their games. And there is also the fact that the trading management games made by Kalypso are just incredibly dull and shallow, you literally saw 99% of the game in this single video. Buy Anno 1404 gold instead of this, or even anno 2070. This is just a friendly little review about Kalypso games from a nobody that played every single one of their games.

"NOT SURE WHAT I AM DOING?!" who are you and what have you done to the real Arumba, the real Arumba would already be a complete expert and proceed to show us how to completely break the game and curbstomp the AI. At the very least, you are still zealously fanatical about keyboard shortcuts, so maybe you are the real Arumba.

Been Loving this game on quill's end for awhile now, glad to see my favourite spread sheet master give it a try as well. TBH I don't think I've ever been influenced this much to pick up a game before~

The similarities to the patrician series are quite obvious. The UI looks definitely improved and not as clunky as in patrician.

Arumba , you didnt actually spend your Skillpoints. Those 3 Points will actually help you a lot in the Start so you should spend them! :)

little things like the mountain size annoys me haha. The mountains need to be bigger and there should be fog around them to cover the detail so they don't look as bad. And i feel so should the continent size, can you get mods to fix these in game? I'm thinking about buying it haha. OH also would be cool if you could chose a custom map where the continents were random unlike using Europe

The difference between quill18 and Arumba can be seen when they are offered 7,500 coins for transit. Arumba accepts this deal and says "sounds good". Quill18 declines, makes a "better offer" and pays the chief 3,000 coins for the agreement.

Its been so long since ive watched on of your videos. I feel so dirty

Tbh the settlers look rediculous, it's 1050 AD and they look like they're from the 1800's. Also the map seems to be a bit small, hopefully in the full release they'll add an option to expand the map. Otherwise though, the game looks good.
