Grand Design 25G Thule Electric Awning is Not Level, Lets Fix It 

Awesome How-To Video! I have the same problem with the Thule electric awning as well. Now I know how to fix it. Thanks. One other quick question you may have a fix for- When I hit the "Extend" button for the awning, sometimes one of the arms doesn't extend at the same rate as the other. It acts like the arm has a catch in it which prevents it from fully deploying unless I give it a nudge when it hangs up-then it will extend quickly almost like a spring has pushed it out. It'll begin to extend, 1/3rd of the way out, then it'll hang up. Has this happened to you? Did you discover an easy fix?
