This was LJ 2 years after his injury, he had a good year in 95-96, he would have been a 20 point guy with the knicks but knicks had Ewing and Houston, also Starks, too many needed the ball and LJ commands the post game, Ewing was hogging the post area. Look at the 97--98 season when Ewing got injured LJ started scoring 20 a game post Ewing injury. But still LJ was not the high flying LJ but he could score and he was strong in the post, not many could hold him down.
Larry Johnson and Allan Houston ended up with the Knicks the following year 1996-97 season. If it wasn't for that brawl the Knicks would have been in the eastern conference finals against the Bulls.

Would've love to see how far the Pistons advanced if they had re-signed Allan Houston. He & Grant Hill had great chemistry, way better than Stack house & Grant. Houston was a cold-blooded shooter who made the opposing defenses pay extra attention to him which opened the lanes up for Grant. Stackhouse was sometimes openly critical of Grant in the press whenever Grant would take a few more shots than usual. The problem was Grant was everything Stackhouse wished he could be. Once Grant was gone Stack got exposed as a volume shooter who couldn't carry a team thru the playoffs.
