I bought a similar desktop like this one but i couldn't install the graphicscard properly. Which is a gt 220. I had to saw off a bit of the pci bracket of the card in order to make it fit. I also had to bend the top of the bracket. I would reccomend looking for a low-profile graphics card which should fit these types of computers

Build a dual-Xeon PC. Xeon 5620 CPUs are dirt cheap and perform well. They're even quad-core! SuperMicro X8DTI-F is a great motherboard for these. You have the entire Xeon 5500 and 5600 series' to upgrade with.

Great Gaming PC Build is not the words I would use for this computer. This computer is not very good, and I know it's quite obvious for the price that no computer would be good, but this computer (If I'm correct) is a office-built computer that doesn't have a removable PSU or other components. In that case, this computer, if you ever want to upgrade, would just become a fancy paperweight since it provides no upgradability what-so-ever. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, since I believe that what I said is correct, but as I always love to learn new things, feel free to correct me.

A p4 sucks completely it would bottleneck any super cheap graphics card. Build a computer with four way sli Titan black graphics cards and see what fps you get. The p4 will definely bottle neck the gtx 650ti

This PC is extremely weak! Are you really suggesting a single core for a gaming build? Not only that but it's a Pentium 4 with it's laughable netburst architecture. I even have doubts if the CPU will not bottleneck the GPU's you suggested. The minimum I'd suggest would be a dual core and I bet you can find a core 2 duo at a bargain price.
