Place is like a music store stacked, largest bedroom was used for storage, yes the line 6 modeling amp, the line 6 w/head half stack, a pristine hughes & kettner warp 7 w/head half stack (made in germany) & a Hartke 4 x 10 bass half stack in the bedroom, toca conga drums w/ hardware , meinl timbales w/hardware & cowbell, full pacific drum set by DW w/hardware, sabian cymbals, Tama Ergo-Rider Quartet throne with Backrest ,2 ibanez neck thru body 6 strings one in grey one in magenta , Ibanez 7 string guitars, esp guitars, ibanez guitars & basses, acoustic bass, acoustic guitars by washburn, takamine, ovation, banjo, multi effects pedals from roland, line 6, digitech, all brand new in the wrapping , box or case, Presonus keyboards, Yamaha keyboards, ... the music books, ...Jimi hendrix , to...van halen, ...etc...to classical , keyboard stands, guitar stands, guitar hangers, gig bags, hard cases, ...everything worth thousands.... not to mention the multiple theater projectors,long throw short throw from infocus, toshiba (with zero hours on them), the 130 inch movie screen, multiple receivers from Yamaha, Harman Kardan, brand new home theater systems from JBL 3 front towers, all the new unused jbl atmos surrounds, brand new never used jbl 550p subwoofers, + 2 others brand new klipsch speakers, brand new mirage speakers, brand new definitive technology speakers ..speakers are all brand new except for the vintage Dahlquist 30i's last speaker made by Jon Dahlquist, High end vintage Carver tfm35 holograpic amp high power amp that can run the power hungry dahlquists & any speaker... . Not mention the two hard to find high end Smith & Wesson AR-15's (these are not the inexpensive sport model but retail for over $1600 each, + the MP-22) , ...+ handguns, ammo, this ammo is hard to find with supply chain shortages....This place is a virtual gold mine. I just hope Robert realizes exactly what he has there & showcases it accordingly .

Oh sweetie… I know you say: “I kinda classify as a very mild hoarder nothing good like this…” I just want you to know that you’re either a hoarder or you’re not. No in between! So it’s good that you’re recognizing that you are a hoarder & storage unit for both you & your daughter. You don’t want to get like this apartment is, so every single day, go in each room & get rid of 10-15 things from each room. If it’s tissues that you get rid of, that still counts. I’d start by getting rid of any dirty dishes and food that’s contaminated by being left out or bulging! I am here for you Bonnie! Even if it’s through texting 💬 on messenger or texts! @@nikkivalenzuela7832 nicki thank you. Much of the stuff in my room is crafting things for making jewelry. I now have too many. Clothes since I lost my job. I can get rid of stuff easily no food stuffs or anything like that mostly my daughters toys and her books stuff that wouldn't fit in her apartment. Totes of things for the kitchen because it's under renovation forever and no upper kitchen cabinets just regular everyday stuff like would be In a basement but since we have no basement these two rooms are the major storage areas. nobody is coming back, this is an estate sale. Everything together sold to the bare walls in ONE Auction, furniture, art, everything, family made that clear, don't know why 2nd cents has listed some of her vintage & brand new things in the vintage garbage auction full of cb radios? buckets of tubes,? brand new jbl speakers, subwoofers, brand new computer cases in a garbage vintage lot? brand new $600 subwoofer, $200 computer cases, $300 speakers? n a cheap cb radio lot with stragers garbage? so disrespectful, the family is VERY upset when they saw this, this wasn't the agreement. Everthing sold in one auction, over 100,000 people have viewed this, auction has buzz & family has contacted audiophile & collectors to bid, how can they find any of it now? Robert must fix those mistakes pronto. All in ONE 1, big auction, ..The family wanted everything sold & only wants 8mm home movies on tape plus her cross necklaces he showed on camera, & photos they couldn't find.

They said at beginning the woman who lived here has passed away. Her family hired them to clear out her things and identify items to auction.

I have no disrespect for hoarders, some people call me a hoarder. If you hoard items of value, I think you might be more of a collector. However, a hoarder is just a term that most people can understand.

That’s actually what it’s called. Hoarding Disorder. It’s not disrespectful, it’s just calling it what it is. Edit: Also, what is he doing that you find so disrespectful? He’s doing what he was hired to do for the family. He’s actually marveling at so many of the items; how is that disrespectful?

Lots of valuable art in the house, the large oil painting above the couch is by Steven Kaye, there's a matching large oil painting in the dining room, I hope Robert puts both oil paintings in the auction, I wish you happy bidding on the paintings & hope he is able to ship them to you. EXACTLY this auction should be announced & all the items should be included in that 1 auction instead as it's currently being broken up, this Apt Auction has the Buzz & stuff, but sadly that's not what's happening, & the family is upset about their mom's stuff on other auctions between dollar items. Brand new current items that sell on amazon, best buy,..etc put on a vintage mismash with old rusty cb radios & buckets of tubes.? SMH

Totally agree kinda sad seeing someone get excited over someone's misfortune. I dunno how it all works but at the very begi ning they said they sell all the stuff at auction and give them the money back but why get so excited obviously not doing it all for free

Remember, it's only possessions. I usually care more about the items then the family. I see kids throw out everything just to get the money for the house. Trust me, I am the good guy

Maybe the building owner is concerned about too much weight. I knew of a situation where a retired law professor hoarded piles of paper and the condo assoc said she had to remove it due to weight. People can lose their minds. It's pretty depressing. Did you notice the baby food in the cabinet?This is some odd hoarding content wise. Judging by the music she was that old.
