@@erensametkaratas6593 Haha you simple man. There are these things called tactics, formations, strategy. "Hiding" in the corner is a clear exploit of the game mechanics and cheating. Please don't try and pretend you are some tactical genius because you exploit the game. It's funny you think cheating is the only option other than a suicide charge. @@stevepickford3004 there are no tactics, formations, and strategies for melee infantry in this game. They die to magic, artillery, and monsters straight away if the AI is smart enough to nuke your melee infantry. That's why I don't even bother getting them. Why would you get an ineffective unit lol

@Patrick B In case you dont know, at least last I checked, on legendary difficulty after autoresolving and getting an unfavourable result, if you dont leave the screen immediately after the autoresolve (the one with the battle result, friendly and enemy casualties and whatnot) you can just alt+f4 and it wont save the battle result.

Your vortex guide is amazing. If you did it with some of the other factions it would be useful. To narrow it down you could only do the factions that people have a hard time with not necessarily just by difficulty, as you know the difference (I learned it from your videos!) Imagine how much of an absolute CHAD Grom was that he commanded Black Orks. Orks so big and mean they hate other orks for not love war enough and despite Goblins more than anything cause they represent everything the Black Orks stand against.

Yeah. Having played a legendary, very hard campaign of skarsnik. It sucked a lot. Most difficult a campaign I’ve ever played and the one I almost lost multiple times. Finally managed to beat back the dawi tide and get some help from wurrzag, grimgor, and azzag who delayed them long enough for me to take karak eight peaks and get a arachnorok spider stack and just mulched the dawi. That’ll be so much easier now that the greenskins have more units to work with and skarsnik has better goblin units to use.

in my campaign I waited one turn before attacking the spider bois, their lord moved to reinforce, and while it was a larger battle it was easy to beat them all, turn 2 I was able to confederate them with one battle.

@LegendofTotalWar around 1:06:20 you lost money by raiding because there is a bug (?) when you raid with a waagh, apparently the waagh part of your army raids surrounding territories so they raided the Ka-Sabar territory despite you not being inside. It happened to me yesterday. Also I have the same problem with what seems to be the forced march bug making the next normal movement stunted, I assumed it was just the desert making units go slower though idk.

Could you in a future relatively close do Skarsnik? Now that gobos and troll aren't that bad it'll be cool to see how his campaign changes, he's always been one of the hardest campaigns. Edit: Especially regarding where to go, as you are fully surrounded by enemies, I get that securing the starting province is paramount, but then what? Eliminate the wood elves? Take out bretonian factions? Face the wrath of the Empire? Just straight b-line for 8peaks?

@@MisterBullyHunter It's a bug that I've seen show up every here and there in this early access build for different streamers. Not sure exactly what causes it though. Hopefully it's a sign that they're updating something with the game files in the background in preparation for a future wood elf rework but that's probably being optimistic lol

It should still be compatible. This does not add new hero "types", it just adds in new heroes. There are 3 types of "hero"- Spy, Diplomat, Champion (something like that). Mods that alter the xp to level or skill points per level alter these, where heroes are then assigned. (Heroes all have a hidden hero type. New Heroes do not affect hero type)

@@Charlys787 It actually makes the AI on Legendary harder, because the AI divides through the skill tree too much and thus takes far too long to get to the best abilities. With a 2x mod (or something similar,) the AI will often reach those late game spells/troop buffs before level 25+, so you suddenly eat more Winds of Death and buffed up gold chevron soldiers. That makes generic AI lords *much* more dangerous. Besides, Lighting Strike doesn't defacto force you into the blue tree if you have more skill points; CA really needs to put it in its own spot (instead of the tree,) so we can try diffrent builds instead of this, but oh well.

Playing on very hard, took Paravon, moved on to the Elvin isles and absolutely shit on the various elvin faction armies. Got my WAAAGGH and Grom was unstoppable. Researched all the replenishment and gobo skill I could and probably fought 15 full stocks with just Grom and absolutely decimated them. To see goblin Spearman with 70 armor, 101 leadership and 54 melee attack is hilarious. Love the greenskin changes

Jack Bowes No they haven’t. This update affected the greenskins and high elves. The Beastmen and Wood Elves are in serious need of their own update and overhauls. As does Norsca, Bretonnia, Chaos, and Dwarves. Though not nearly to the extent as beastmen and woodelves (and chaos will get there’s in Warhammer 3).
