I see that the lady in the grey leggings ~ her right knee is over rotating inward and not staying in line with her shin and ankle, which could be dangerous down the line and “cause” a wear down of cartilage, fluid deterioration or build up in her kneecaps. I’ve been doing these workouts and incorporating weight resistance bands, kettle ball and dumbbells. It’s only been 5 days and it’s been noticeable change. My schedule is working out two days on and 1 off. On day three my husband asked have i been working out again ( i took a break since February, depressed) and I said yes why and he said my butt felt bigger! Next day he called me on lunch jokingly asking did i get a BBL behind his back lol. Now we are at day 5, i tried on a dress this morning and it’s sitting pretty back there! I do think because I’m over all fit and toned i noticed a difference relatively fast, but never the less it works, it hurts and it burns the thighs and glutes! Hot married wife summer here i come!

Each day min. 2 hours cycling makes it better. Running, more efficient doing exercise every 30min while running. alpin track- fast walk or get you in the next level if is to easy. The difference in the room or out side is in the air. Brithing oxygen is so much important while workout. All body muscle workout
Nice👍🏼, but just wondering when doing squats don’t you have to keep your knees from going forwards from your tip toes . When I do squats at the gym my trainer always said to me keep your knees from going over your toes . Sometimes I didn’t keep it that way and now I’m paying with bad knees😩. You ladies got this 👍🏼👏👏
I love those leggings .. ive looked for ones like them and have seen on amazon they cost around 80 bucks. I dont have an extra 8o only for leggings eight now bit i love them and i love how your legs look in them as you keep dquating and doing leg lifts ! Def things i love to do. Having tight thighs is DEFINITELY A FLEX ❤
