@@SUN7SHINE25 consistency and discipline is the key.I do it in the mornings before getting ready for work and at night when i come in.start small with the # of squats you can do then increase the # you will not escape the burn.Your legs/thighs,buttocks ect will thank you.😁👍

The result is better knees. This is similar to squatting without weights. The risk is reduced since you are doing it with own body weight. Less strain on the knees.
Amen! Truer words have never been spoken. If I do a few lunges I am limping for a week. I used to do CrossFit years ago. They told us squatting w/ weight would strengthen bad knees over time. Everyone says something different. Listen to your body. If you are overweight, have poor form, etc there are a lot of things that could cause injury. Please, take it easy, and only do try this if you can maintain proper form.
These are South Africans so there won't be a big difference because God blessed us with beautiful body shape so maybe the before would look less toned but it will still be there

This one can be done to build endurance until you are able to do longer. This is normally done over a period of 30minutes to 1hour daily. 3-5 times a week at least 30minutes.
