The problem i have with this glute growth is, the moment you stop your work out, your glute will go back to where you are coming from. i realized is a constant thing
I love the rhythm of the first song (American) and don't know the words but when I hear it I get right up and do the workout even though I can't hardly walk the next three days. Keep it up!

Just exercise your brain for better south Africa instead your glutes. You glutes can't change develop south Africa. Be wise take your time for development of your country and community. Whiteman are working in the farm and other places and when they become rich you start complain! You are just exercising your glutes all the time and play amapiano and want to be rich as someone who is really working hard to provide solutions for better south Africa and you are just playing and want the same benefits the same wright! That's is not fair! Think about it!
