The intro was my entire life My target was 6'3 I'm stuck at 5'6 I have very bad genes

People here complaining being 5foot 6 while I am 5'3" @ 22 years

Me at 14: 170cm Me at 18: 170cm Me at 19: 175cm Dad: 179cm Mom: 152cm For the past 4 years I’d watch these types of videos every month hoping Id grow. I honestly gave up, graduating at 5’7 and I just accepted this that it. Just commenting this so maybe someone could feel a little bit of hope. I’m content with my height so this is probably the last ‘grow taller’ video I would watch. Stay healthy and grow taller kings and queens.

Currently, I am 5'8 and am 16 years old. I was actually 5'7 a couple weeks ago so hopefully I am still growing, however my dad is 5'8 and my mom is 5'2. Although I my family has weird genetics as my moms dad is 6'7 and both of her brothers are above 6'0 (one of her brothers is 6'9) while my dads brothers are also above 6'0 while his father is 5'9. So its really a wildcard if I will get taller or not, and I think it is down to how much I sleep and what I eat, I will post an update sometime in the future!

I’m 14 (5’10) and now starting to hit my growth spurt. I was growing constantly at a rate of 7cm per year and I still have 2 years to grow. I hopefully grow to 6’2 by the end of my growth spurt.

I'm 21 years old and I've been looking for ways to be taller since I was little. Height is a very important criterion for me as I model. Growing in my height almost stopped after I was 17 years old. I'm currently 180cm (5'11) at the age of 16, I've had a sleep schedule of over 9 hours daily and I eat alot (61kg) and I live a healthy lifestyle as I'm pursuing Soccer professionally. Dad is 180 & Mom is 152 (5'0) The only thing that bothers me is in the last three year I only grew 9cm and 5cm came last year while the first two years were only 4cm. Assuming I'm nearing the end of my height growth why is it that I've only grown so little with a healthy lifestyle and nothing to pause my growth? Grandpa is 188cm (Father's Side)

yeah sounds about right betting on good genetics will get you taller height but also the place that you live in and of course your lifestyle plays an important part in that as well anyways wishing everybody a pleasant day 🫡

I think what’s most important for kids to reach their maximum potential height is to stay away from drugs alcohol and tobacco eat well and get enough sleep and a lot of exercise. If you smoke or drink that stunts your growth a lot more than eating unhealthy and not sleeping.

People have to stop complaining about their height's. Like if you don't have tall parents (Like 5'8) then your chanses to be 6 foot is relativitly low. And if you have a mom around 5'4 and a dad 6'3 then you will be anything between there or maybe get taller than your dad but the genetics are the only thing that matters. And of course 8 hours sleep is needed.

I thought I would have stopped growing I am 18 5'6 right now but i havent been feeling so hungry before like around april last year i felt way hungrier than before idk if i grew after but i do know I always get seconds or even thirds. It is like every 2 hours after I eat I just gets hungrier and I legit cannot stop it I wasnt active in exercising cardio or anything. I searched up the internet and finally got a clue that I am probably going through a growth spurt( definitely not stomach worms I am healthy and got medical checkups few months before) .I have never experience one before my eating proportions increased a lot. I was thinking about consuming milk but srsly I just can't because it makes me breakout either 1 or 2 days after. Just wanna put this out there while most do stop growing between 16-17 there are some exceptions people who are well late bloomers or you just havent got a chance to experience growth spurt yet some even have 2 growth spurts. If you noticed the signs of puberty at around 15-16 then you are most likely a late bloomer like me ( for me 15). Sometimes it is very unexpected, one thing to note if your parents weren't able to indulge 3 meals a day during their time ( this wasn't meant to be offensive), and their height is above 5 feet you mostly likely have a chance to grow taller. For example, my dad is 5'6 same as me currently and he well wasn't feed 3 meals a day and he have 4 other brothers, my mom was worse she have 11 brothers and sisters and she is probably around 5'3 and their area was a warzone.( basically my parents wasn't able to get that much of nutrients during their puberty years) So I would say don't worry you can still grow until between the age of 18-25 if you are really insecure go for an x-ray to check if your growth plate is close or still open.
