In india, we have Gixxer instead or GSXR which does look a bit similar to gsxr But I feel the gixxer is a joke the gixxer 150 tops out at ~125kmph although suzuki claims it can do 132kmph whats worse is the gixxer 250 manages to have a lower top speed than the gsxr150 I feel gixxer's are a scam, they should just have made gsxr
I dont think its a scam. I think theyve made to cater the bike for the traffic in India and probably to comply with the regulations there. Correct me if im wrong, from what I know, this could be a similar case with the Bajaj Dominar 400. It is using the same Duke 390 engine but they detuned it and the top speed is neutered down to 130-140kmh I am not sure if this is correct but that is the info i got when Dominar 400 first came to Malaysia.

The speed here isnt the correct one as you see. No gsxr150 is doing 165 lol its speedo error. Maximum its doing is 155 kph with all kinds of mods. Wind resistance is a thing buddy

@@harumiyazaki5585 it is not underrated because it has its followers but to be turning it into a track or fun weekend bike, it is not a good choice because, comparing the parts with Yamaha n Suzuki, it is more expensive. Plus, it shares the same engine as the rs150, that is also another reason as ppl tend to stick with the rs rather than going with the cbr.
Yamaha should bring a new engine with dohc setup and with slightly bigger bore. Here in India hero motocrop xmr 200 easily beat r15 and im sure it will also beat gsxr 150

@@fahmienick1226 BBNU bang, bagi dorang size block adalah penentu kemenangan. Yang dia tau cuma ayat std rempit, 72 jet 4, 68 jet 2 lah. Jetrod tu pn entah2 xtau utk apa. Pastu palatao kata Y15 boleh kejar 250, contohnya. Dia lupa modi2 enjin ni dah ubah cc, ingatnya moto still 150.
itu masih kisaran 150cc jumlahnya, karena bore x stroke,, Spek gsx dari TB,ukuran klep,limit tinggi, makanya laju,, semisal R15 d modif sama spek gsx pasti lebih laju lagi dari GSX standar 😂

Higher top end power since power = (torque x rpm)/5252 . 5252 tu constant bergantung pada unit. Torque dalam ib.ft, power dalam HP. Bigger stroke vs bore: undersquare engine. Higher torque per rpm due to longer leverage of crankshaft. But limited RPM due to higher piston speed ie: higher piston momentum for con-rod to hold. High low rpm power output. But low peak power.
