THANK YOU! I was just replying to another comment that: [GTA is (or was) an open world game, so the intention used to be "explore shit and cause mayham", rockstar evolved GTA online to become "drive from A to B and back to A and then to C"]
@@xI-MIKE-Ix GTA isn't a driving simulator, you have Euro Truck sim for that... it's about stealing cars (commiting a "grand theft auto") and the first games gave you points for running people over. it didn't used to be like this, and you couldn't even buy cars if you wanted...
@@whatever57010 And what do you do with those stolen cars? You drive mate. Grand Theft Auto is a game based on driving, among other things like commiting crimes, making money, and whatever the plot for the game is
@@Madanbek_The_Dragon_Lover and community work and likely prison if someone dies but that just unlocks the prison DLC with more fun missions like picking up the soap in the shower
You are correct. I have endless fun in free roam, doing things like this. Grind..sure..here and there, but nothing beats just messing around till an idea gels/pops up and it's just fabulous, ahaha.
I did something similar with a randomer who was trying to drift the Drift Tampa, set up a few oil slicks around the docks and had him drive over it. We wasted the best part of half an hour doing this, great fun. Sat in his car while he was doing it. A few days later, met up with him again and this time, he had some of his friends join in. I've never seen a more beautiful sight than 4 Drift Tampas, drifting around a corner in unison. I miss him and his friends 😔
Nah. Dropkicking players/NPCs in the face with the RC Car is where it's at. I'm glad you're having fun though. Even if it's more of a coping mechanism.
Did you know you can perma-stun players if they ragdoll on the oil? Then you can keep spamming mines over them so the oil does not run out. It is a strange kind of ragdoll too! You can try it on yourself, lol
Meanwhile that one bus trick on the highway near the casino is one of my favorites, just driving in the game in general feels so good, it's fun, but one thing i like doing is just ramming shit out of the high way in the phantom custom, specially ruiners, ruiners are so light they go flying, and it feels especially good when after they go flying they explode, it just feels so much better when i make a car explode without firing a single bullet at it, and i did say the phantom custom, i never managed to get a car to explode with the phantom wedge or the ramp buggy and also i'm in passive the whole time anyway, i just leave the cab somewhere random and go run around with the cab like a doofus, another thing i also like doing is finding the trailers you can actually move like the semi truck trailers, and i just like pretending i'm a truck driver and just picking a random location in the game world to "deliver" the goods to, and this has led me to find out that there is this one like, overpass around the middle of LS that is too short so the cab goes thru but the trailer will just smash into it and oftenly gets destroyed, another thing i like doing is just getting a cop car and just chasing either wanted players or just harassing an NPC until they get spooked and start driving away and pretend it's a chase, preferably i'll be in the police bike that is a somewhat rare spawn from imani, i really wish they'd added it to the shops on the latest update, and it's fun, i also found npcs in banshees are pretty fast, coquettes too, i was doing an impromptu race in the same style in my infernus and an NPC in a coquette kicked my ass real hard, so much so that i actually stole their car and drove that and took note and bought my own coquette exactly like how that one was, i was that impressed.
the thing is... GTA is (or was) an open world game, so the intention used to be "explore shit and cause mayham", rockstar evolved GTA online to become "drive from A to B and back to A and then to C" so yeah, seems like some one is intending GTA to be boaring... let's hope the people who write GTA Online content have no part in GTA 6
@@whatever57010 Yup! I agree. I just hope GTA 6 will be exactly like RDR2 in a modern setting And I actually hope GTA:O continues whatever it is it's trying to do so that those devs stay busy and far away from GTA 6 lmao
@@whatever57010 can you upload the cut dialogue from In the mission The Master and the Molotov Here is a bit of info from the trivia thing "In the beta, Faustin would throw Molotov Cocktails from behind the bar, as evidenced by unused quotes."
You might as well have said, "GTA V isn't boring" because none of what you did there is unique to GTA Online. Anyway, I love your videos though and I tend to play the same way- fucking around with the NPCs. Used to punch hobos in the head in GTA IV and string em along all throughout star junction where they'd get hit by passing cars and get distracted by the new fight with the drivers. Would punch passerbys on train stations to time it just right and have em "fall" in front of an approaching train. Sometimes I'd make all cars go infinitely fast AND get everyone hostile through trainer just to sit back and enjoy all the mayhem.
True, but I have seen recently, or more accurately my algorithm exposed me recently to more videos claiming that GAT Online is boring... hence the title that said I personally play single player more, and do stupid shit all the time
Any arena wars vehicle, any vehicle with imani tech available and acid lab, as far as i know. Acid lab is probably the cheapest and easiest to get out of the bunch.
That's my thoughts here too (the name of this video). Like for real it's not GTA O is "boring and repetitive", it's it's "fan"base oversatisfied and oversatiated with games that they don't know what to do and what to play with their i9 13700KF with 4090 Ti Super and 128 GB RAM. Also what I found... confusing?... Is when AI drivers crash to each other : they aren't getting mad at each other... unlike if the Player is involved.
I feel that a big part is the grinding that people kind of got conditioned into doing that changes that way of thinking or perspective. There's less people playing it as a sandbox and more of a job alongside those issues you mentioned.
