12:30 This clip is perfect out of context. He just brings a car to a junkyard, takes a step back to admire his work, and some driver comes clear out of fucking nowhere to send him to Brazil.
Love the new look Charlie. Also, Rockstar charging $60 for this mess while simultaneously suing mod creators who did a better job is an absolute warcrime.
First of all, you're paying $60 for 3 entire games, they're gonna be available separately at a later date, secondly, you can already play san Andreas if you have game pass, and last Take-Two were suing, not Rockstar.
@@tommyrobinsin5578 I say this one because I remember this game so vividly not so much this mission but just the fact that this kind of thing happens constantly in this game, it will more than often be an ambulance or police car that will do it too
Gta was my dads favorite. he loved running over peds and escaping cops. over the years he was diagnosed with alzheimers at age 50 and is now 55 unable to speak words and needs a walker to walk and it amazes me that he can still play the game. his muscle memory of the mapping of the buttons was still there and he knew what he was doing. the game always made him laugh and that made me happy. I would show him cheats and give him the whole superman loadout of infinite everything and he would have a blast. He would always ask when the new gta will come out so i tried to get him into rdr2 because it takes years for a rockstar game but it was too complicated for him. I think about getting him a ps5 when the new gta comes out even tho it most likely would just be a netflix player for my stepmom and him
I remember playing this game with my brother when we were little. He called the Forelli Brothers the Confetti Brothers. We still say "it's the Confetti Brothers!" once in a while almost 20 years later.
Well it is just super up-rez'd and anti aliased PS2 graphics. Honestly though, if anybody was gonna remaster these games they probably shouldve just remodeled everything.
it wasn’t developed by rockstar’s A-team, but by grove street games. the team that made it works on fucking phone games bro. why they would make them develop this is beyond me.
@@gabrielaceituno7801 Because the a game is to busy adding million dollar cars that cost like 40k in real life just so they can get the sweet sweet shark cards.
To be honest they don't have a whole lot of height restrictions for Male Models, on TV it doesn't matter with angles and most male fitness models tend to be on the shorter side. Usually to do with packing on muscle being more defined on a shorter frame. It's usually women that have the height restrictions for being a model in one ironic twist of life.
This was Rockstar's excuse to bank off of remaster hype and still make the game with minimal effort, and boy, do I mean minimal, yet still making bank.
It looks like a shitty mobile game ad honestly. If they made a cell-shaded redesign, with the same-ish lighting it would be much better. I wanna say it looks charming, but its literally mobile game ad quality.
The fact that every single human being goes to being like this while playing GTA gets me lmaoooo hitting the car with bat to blow it up bruh that's my forte
@@MilesCantRun I really tried to figure out to awnser this like I genuinely wrote and deleted like 4 diffrent times. Lowkey, I'm just a dumb dude from the hood. What the original poster said is just equivalent to ALL those current reality future tense stuff that Futurama did back then, that are legitimately becoming our future today. It's just the OP was simply making a dark joke. Me when gta San Andreas came out: these bots are fucking retarded... Me In 2021 playing gta San Andreas: damn the A.I is realistic asf...
@@bioheart09 okay, that makes sense, so it's kind of like how gta cops shooting you no matter what you did was unrealistic when the game came out but it's now becoming more realistic or even ahead of it's time?
Is it just me, or do the cars look like they blow up quicker after taking too much damage catching on fire? Seems like you barely have any chance to escape.
Just beat the original version for the first time yesterday. The amount of times my car blew up during my run made me furious. It’s really my only big critique for the game
"Everyone here just wants to die" well it is GTA. Their existence comprises of re and de-spawning in areas and waking around, in a way killing them completes their lives, since it unlocks the only alternate programing they have, giving their existence purpose other than perpetually being a background ornament
@@MONZERjoestar I was literally gonna say ‘someone watched Free Guy recently’. In really enjoyed that film. Weird mix of The Truman Show and The Lego Movie.
4:12 yep lmfao I remember this so well. If you even go near the sidewalk, the pedestrian AI will bug out and try to dodge what they perceive is a car headed right for them, but inadvertently end up diving directly in front of your car and getting run over regardless.
@@zherean42069 There’s 20+ songs cut in the remaster, a handful of cheat codes cut from each, and small activity bugs like “fighting stances” in San Andreas are still missing just like the HD up scales. I’m sure larger lists will be made soon.
I really dont get this, they are for the most part just the original games, with upscaled textures. and a bit of polish on the models. except for NPCs which have had a person do a pass on them. so does the original just look bad too?
"Why is everyone honking, you can clearly see there was a murder here. You know why there is a traffic jam. You are literally honking over somebodies corpse." Well, it's cool that they added travis scott to GTA 3.
12:56-13:15 I couldn't stop laughing the commentary and the way the npc car comes flying out of nowhere, The grenade chuck and the music playing from the car before the explosions. Perfection.
I believe they should've gone full borderlands with this game, making all of the textures have those inking lines and shit. For some reason, they made the maps and lighting realistic, but the models cartoony, which makes it look like that Mario in Unreal engine video.
@@joshkilluminadi7158 yeah, the remasters were definitely half assed. I just have this feeling that they worked the most on GTA 3, and rush the other two titles.
I love gta 3, they did my boy dirty. The game had this serious gritty albeit goofy tone to it. It's like the actual gta landscape and story was the straightman in a series, while there's absolute bonkers shenanigans going on around it. This just feels like they did the goofy, but not the serious tone that contrasts perfectly and makes it work as intended.
The reason why it looks like a mobile game is because they literally just took the GTA 10th anniversary mobile game build and upscaled the graphics, sane bugs and everything. I love rockstar but that’s just lazy as hell.
