I've known this character for 7 minutes and I want to protect this character for every fiber of my body.

Daw, Storig is such an adorable, gentle-giant half-orc violinist.

My first reaction when watching this video was: *BABY BABY BABY SWEETIE IN THE VICINITY! PROTECC! PROTECC!*

Ok i'mma share one of my stories: So basically a year...maybe ten years actually....I played a burgundy red Teifling named Jason Soulweaver. A rogue who was 3'1, covered in scars + bandages, wore old and tattered cloths, lived on the street, and was a orphan with a overall tragic past. He was a rogue steeling to live another day and had just one pet. A little lizard named Rein who could shock people. The way the party found him was he was half dead calling out "help...please....somebody." He was bleeding to death as well he hadn't eaten in days. The next thing he knew he was in a bed being guarded by a half Orc paladin named Forge, after that this beautiful human cleric by the name of Lissa comes in. "Oh. Your awake I see?" She walked over and gently treated my wounds. Me in my Irish accent says "What do I owe you? Coin? Need something stolen or someone killed?" Next voice I heard was this very soft spoken but authoritve filled voice that said. "That will not be necessary. Just know we're not your enemy." It was a male half elf Druid with a falcon, kinda like that villain from Mulan armour wise, this was Argo the hunter. "Then why are you helping me?" I said at this point still afraid. "Lissa found you injured, starved, and half way to the after life." Forge spoke with a booming English accent. "I-I couldn't let you die....your too young to die." She said. I gave a confused glance "Y-your not going to kill me?" Lissa nodded no. "If anything I'd like you to join us." And with that I basically became there stealth guy of the party. Now more on Lissa. Lissa was a pale blue Tiefling who was like...a foot taller then me and basically became Jason's parental figure. She's super SUPER SWEET! And a glass cannon. She was also naive as hell meaning Jason basically had to teach her street smarts. Over time it went from a child and guardian situation to basically them falling in love. Jason, the lucky lad he was, actually kept and restored his original cloths with the help of Lissa which the basically made into studded leather armour +. He kept it and on occasion wire it.

A year later, and this is still my favorite D&D story. JoCat's character is everything wonderful about D&D, the story is sweet, and Dingo is just impeccable at capturing the emotions at play; both said and unsaid. Well done.

I need more wholesome D&D. Most of the players I know are more on the "murderhobo" or "toying with dubious morals" side.

I wish JoCat, Dingo, Jacob (from xp to level 3) and Puffin Forest played D&D together in a live stream...I would watch...

​ I think the music wasn't -for- the blacksmith, even though he played it for her. I think it was always meant for Isabelle, and the blacksmith could see that, hence why she was so cool with that being were they ended the date.

I just played my first official game of D&D. My Kenku Cleric accidentally summoned an evil pyramid XD

I finally have a character that I love in the same way as him. He’s a warforged paladin who was, like, just made and want to find his creator and he just loves his friends and is super nice and impressionable and amazing

I feel Dingo’s art style was the perfect fit for this cute, nervous, big, good boy. Her depiction of Storrig gives me a lot of the same instant “OMG I love him” feelings I got from Abby.

I started a campaign recently, where I play a half-orc barbarian. But her hobby is collecting flowers and seed pods, because she wants to have a greenhouse of exotic plants some day. She goes absolutely crazy when we are around flowers. It is a lot of fun to play half-orcs with a sweet side. This is also the first character I really had a lot of fun playing.

JoCat's love for Storig is too cute. I've never played a wholesome character, so when JoCat mentioned Storig's mother's violin, my first thought was, "She was slaughtered by bandits and he enchanted the violin to sound like nails on a chalkboard to evil allignments and causes their heads to explode." I don't play as an idealized version of myself because the ideal version would be not existing, so I typically use my characters to release the parts of me I don't always show my friends.

Let's kill Dingo's guts before they can kill Dingo! Plague is everywhere these days.
