Terrible that there are ads three times throughout a meditation session. The unexpected interruption was startling and completely the opposite of the point of a relaxation meditation for anxiety. The content was good but the ads make the content useless

yes unfortunately. The first add at the beginning startled me, then i thought ok… we’re good. Then another one at 13 min. i gave up and went to sleep. and the publicity is not soothing. This is one i will not be coming back to

Imagine trying to calm down with a meditation only to have it interrupted THREE TIMES by ads. Without ads --> 10/10 With ads --> 0/10 Remove the ad breaks.

Absolutely love this meditation, but it is ineffective with 3 ads!!! Come on RU-vid, would rather have it be 3 ads you can’t skip before mediation starts

Nice to try and relax and then having a commercial blare at you. I couldn't relax after the 1st commercial - preparing for the next interruption. I would recommend tha if you wish to monitize this program to have the commercials play at the very beginning and/or end.

Awful awful ads. Not only disrupting, but also startling. Do not recommend. Was interrupted by a man SCREAMING “Nelson!!!” obnoxiously in some fast food ad. Don’t waste your time. Complete opposite of the goal of meditation. Detachment from reality only to be brought back in to the most superficial form, advertising unhealthy overpriced bs “food”. 0/10

NOT RECOMMENDED! I had 15 minutes to meditate before I had to leave for work and I chose this one. I stopped at the second ad in the middle of the meditation HOW is that supposed to calm somebody's anxiety? Take this stupid video down!
