It's 6 am. I Have a test in about 3 hours, i'm not feeling that ready but yet I feel insipred for the first time in my life before a test. Your voice is so calming, so beautiful and enhancing. I can't thank you enough for those feeling I got through this session, I am going to study now, wether i'll succeed or not won't matter anymore, thank you so much for this gem.

I have a huge 3D modeling portfolio project I'm working on for my Game Art University Class I'm about to pull an all nighter on and came to this meditation for that and see this comment as the top comment. Talk about synchronicity! Hope you're sticking with it and still learning. It's such a deep and rewarding field so far. I'm 32 myself but there's a man in my classes in his 70s! It truly is a skill worth developing at any age. TechnicArt on Artstation.

Thank you so much. I needed this today. I am a creative person and do a lot of things that I like. But sometimes I feel overwhelmed because of the external motives, society, age, the time I take to learn something new, the fear of failure, the pressure of the fast living, and the competition outside. I just had something happen. Absolutely incredible!! I told myself I wanted to work on my projects, I haven’t wanted to so I thought a guided meditation could help. I just put together in my head, I went through myself at different ages of my life and where I was at mentally and emotionally and I got to a certain age that I had to think about it. What I looked like where I was living and it was so hard to remember anything. What if that was a year of trauma and she(my inner 10-13 year old self) is scared. What if I tell her uplifting things. Kind, loving, caring and most of all protected things and she will come out kore bringing my creativity out more?! Does this make sense or am I way over thinking? Either way, I am so grateful I came across this video at this moment. You put it out there and it came to me and helped and inspired me. Thank you, I love you💜🫧☮️🌺☀️🍄💫🫧🤟🏽✌🏽

Found the nostril breathing a bit difficult, I couldn’t get enough air it felt like. However, it is my first time with this type of meditation, so I am going to practice it.

Thé breathing thing goes too slow for me and I found myself just panicking and breathing at the beginning. Is there a text I can follow along to?

I can't breathe through both nostrils at the same time. I read somewhere that humans are only breathing through one nostril and it switches every few hours. When we are in fight or flight the "closed" nostril opens. The above is just what I vaguely remember and not really sure of
