Give this brief guided mindfulness meditation session a try and see if it helps you feel more calm, peaceful, and at ease! It is very important to include positive thinking into your daily routine - It will bring trust and belief in yourself. You will increase self love and love for others. Just relax and breathe... manifest abundance. Find a deeper sense of self and you will grateful for all the good in your life!
Let the dialogue and ambient music soundtrack guide you. Use your breath/breathing as a point of focus. The calm and peaceful guided meditation dialogue with affirmations lasts for just over 8 minutes, then there is a short bit of ambient music to finish the 10 minute long session. You can think positively every day!

I was in the hospital last night. Worried there was something severely wrong with me. After blood tests and xrays it turns out it's just anxiety. I know sometimes it can be really hard. You may feel weak. Like you don't have the strength to go on. I'm here to tell you that you can do this. Go for a walk. Make sure you're eating healthy. Follow these meditations. As with all things, it takes time. It's hard I know, because when you feel like this weeks can feel like months. There's always better days ahead, but it starts with you. Focus on yourself. Learn to let go of the past and be good. You will feel better I promise. I love you❤

I’ve dealt with this a lot in recent years as well. The fears haven’t gone completely but I’ve been able to talk myself down from escalating them consistently. takes a bit of time and understanding. Sending all my love, you can get through this.

I am a healthcare worker and had a poor encounter with a patient this morning. I have been highly stressed this week and this created some anxiety. I decided to pray and meditate in the hospital sanctuary. This video was extremely helpful and calmed me down. Thank you.

This was so peaceful it made me cry but I didn’t want it to end. I’ve never really believed in meditation and I’m going through something in my life and this is allowing me to believe in the power of meditation thank you. I felt like I was listening to a friend and actually believing you. You must be a special person.

It blew my mind, realizing the reason why I feel calm, when being in a state of grief is not bc “that’s just life” but because I CREATED the calm and peace within hard times. This is really the first time I am grasping the idea in practice when you create the way of live. Thank you 🙏🏼✨

I've been trying to work on my self talk, so that I can model a better way to treat yourself for my kiddo. Decided I could do with some outside aid, so I searched up this video. I got about 5 or 6 affirmations in, and broke down in tears. Not sure what that means, but I hope it means I'm finally taking the right steps for my mental health, even if I have a long way to go.

This video has had a huge place in my recovery after a severe car accident. It has and is a really good way to push your self I found doing them whilst doing my exercises throughout rehab and honestly give me so much positive mental energy to push myself!! Really works and I have never tried mediation or affirmations before. I would highly recommend it. Made a big difference to me in my recovery and thanks to whoever made it!! I still after 5 months of recovery listen to this every morning to start my morning!!

I think your voice should be lesser than background music which is so peaceful ... every affirmation will pause the meditation so I think your voice should be with lesser volume

I’m knew to meditation and have a quick question. When I do these sessions do I breathe in and out continuously throughout the meditation or do I just sit there and think? Any help is greatly appreciated😭🫶🏼

I would say just allow yourself to focus on breathing naturally like you always do, the difference is you are more focused on it. It can be easy to start "trying too hard". Remember, all you need to do is be here in the present moment. 🙏🙏

I like the fact that there is nothing in the background to disturb - no music. I am able to concentrate on the various steps of meditation. The pauses are perfect, and him's voice is soothing and encouraging. I would highly recommend this, especially for beginners. I think I will always be a beginner.
