Quick Question, not sure if you'll see this or not. Trying to do this combo, and can't figure out how to get answer to push backwards in air to grab the bottom left scroll. It looks like you slide to the left in mid-air while using K to drop down between top right and bottom left scrolls. Whenever I hit K he just drops straight down to the right of the scroll. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
It's honestly been a while since I did the combo. Obviously make sure you're not holding a direction or D as you pass the scroll because that stops him from hanging. Other than that, make sure the timing for the K followup is correct. I think of you do it too late, Answer moves too far into the corner.
I got home and tested it. As Guilty Gear combos go on longer, the push back with each hit gets more and more. This combo relies on the increased pushback caused by being at that stage in the combo. Because of that, the cling to that scroll here only works for this specific combo and ones with the same hit count. I bet you're trying this off raw scroll D in the corner instead of the full combo? It won't work there. Unfortunately, ASW nerfed 5H and now 5H > 22P > scroll D no longer works so this whole combo is now obsolete. Sorry.
@@Pen7Ninja hey man it's all good. Thanks a bunch for testing it out. When I was trying it I was just setting up scrolls and starting at 5H instead of command grab, which seemed to work up to the point I described. Your explanation makes sense, though. Cheers!
