Alpha News went into detail 11 is leaving out. In 2008, Gooden was convicted of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon and was subsequently sentenced to multiple years of probation. NO JAIL time. According to information from Crime Watch Minneapolis, Gooden was also “wanted or was to be arrested for 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct” at the time of the shooting. A 2014 video posted by Crime Watch also appears to show Gooden wielding some kind of pellet or air-soft rifle in a garage with friends. The group was ostensibly engaging in target practice. In that video, Gooden said he was picturing a white person when he aimed at the target.

Our country has a serious problem with our Judges, why would anyone allow a man this violent to have custody of his children? Im sure the girlfriend must have lived in fear too, but she should have told someone about the guns and ammo, something could have been worked out and he could have been arrested outside the home and the guns confiscated?

She is just at fault for not turning in this animal in she new he was very dangerous and of course she knew that he had guns. She knew that he was a convicted felon. Another shinning example of our African-American community. When she called 911 She had a moral responsibility if not a legal one to tell the police he was armed and dangerous. 2/3 of the time with the father !!! Speaks volumes on who the mother is !! Neither one was a good parent. But again the demographics of the criminal says a lot.. the optics saying he was playing victim and thr courts agreed.... Society has failed. Sorry no empathy for the GF or baby mommy ... they knew what type of person he was. I mourn the lost of life of these brave men these heros. Not sorry for her... she wants to play victim to deflect from her part in this horrible tragedy. She should have none more... 1/3 time mom..
