nah u should be counting protein, carbs, fats, vitamins et cetera as a vegan. not doing so can set ppl up for failure and then they'll decry how veganism made them feel bad

a tip i can recommend anyone with extreme legume & Bean sensitivity like me who has a very sensitive IBS stomach is make bean spread ( white beans+garlic+fresh basil+ chives mix it all into a creamy texture and use as a spread on preferably glutenfree bread. just 1 teaspoon or less a day after 2 months i can finally eat beans without stomach pain or gasses but it takes a LONG time to build tolerance. and having it mushed up also helps a lot with digestion. I also take enzymes for digestion before every meal.
Love how colorful it is, color is healthy. The more the better. This same recipe can be applied to any almost other diet and eating habit except a couple of them out there. Simply by just changing up the protein. Great job.
