Good afternoon family, its one snack that enjoy. I am not big fan of snacks but anything ,anyhow, anywhere I loved salted fis. Weather bake, boil, fried, roast or toast I just loved it. This is an absolute delightful recipe. You have made the cakes perfectly, well seasoned and cooked beautifully with a fantastic presentation. I hope that nephew will consider eating more recipes/ foods that contains salted fish. Its not just appetizing but its also good for us. My kids are well-versed in different cuisines and know a lot about food. Like everyone else, they have likes and dislikes, and that is totally fine with me. I'm so proud of both my kids. They eat anything I give them without complaints. These days, you don't see kids doing that. They prefer to eat fast food and junk food.
