2 medium size potatoes
5 cloves garlic
bell peppers & small piece of hot pepper
1/4 cup thyme
1/2cup cilantro
2 stalks green onions
half of a small onion
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp black pepper

I gotta try this style...and I have to try the microwave potato.I also love fish cake with dhall puri.When I was in Guyana I would go by Strand Cinema and wait for the puri man with the cart to come with puri and fish cake and puri and shark with a nice fresh juice.Nothing could be better.

Perfectly done, it also goes nice with dhal and rice. At school we used to buy dhal puri and saltfish cake with mango sour. Have you ever tried this fish cake in the air fryer. If so were you happy with the end results?

Hi dear thank you so much for stopping by and giving your feedback. Sorry about the chicken but olive oil has a low smoke point it's usually not good for frying anything. Next time you can try soaking the salted fish in a bowl of water overnight, then boil it the next day. This is a great option for people who worry about too much salt.

You can also make it round and fry it then flat it between your palms ..It can be use with slices of bread..etc..You can also eat it with dhal n Rice top up with others vegetables..

Soak the salt fish ahead of time, then you won’t have to do all that washing. Also cut up the potatoes and cook in the same pot at the same time with the salt fish.

@@candythaglamcook Tried today to make salt fish balls. Not sure what ingredients were used in the blender and how much of what ever you used. Would have liked a little more info regarding measurement of goods, Used too much potato and I think I soaked the cod too long. Any further instructions would be appreciated
