I don’t if you’ll see this as the video was posted 3 years ago but I just wanted to say that in Scotland we definitely add a lot more spices (I love haggis but I wouldn’t be able to eat it with just thyme) a lot of different haggis recipes call for a different mixture of spices but it will be heavily spiced. Also haggis tends to be cooked 2 or 3 times before eating it and we don’t eat the stomach that it was cooked in only the innards. And traditionally it would be eaten with mash potato (yours looked delicious) and turnip (swede). I don’t want to be critical (haggis is not for everyone) because I truly loved seeing you make a Scottish dish I just thought I’d point it out (^ω^) but thank you so much for making a Scottish dish ありがとう!
