You are so pretty and your hair too! Love you, Brad, keep going with your great work, you are helping so many people!! 💜Also YOUR EYELINER IS ON FLEEK, DAMN
Brad always calls us stunning, but we never tell brad he’s stunning. Brad your stunning and beautiful! Love the makeup. Reply with your compliments to brad!
I'm pretty sure he is the definition of perfection, he seems like such a nice person and I'm sure he is, his videos make me so happy and cheerful but his content is also educational and helpful as I am a person who dyes there hair alot I really appreciate him taking time out of his day to put out videos for entertainment and advice, overall I love Brad as a person and a creator he honestly makes me smile❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Wavy girl here- when I blow dry my hair straight and I put as little product I can even at the sacrifice of some frizz because the next day that frizz will be gone and the roots will already be starting to get oily. Then I have to use products to reduce that oil to extend the time until I have to shower again. When I where my hair curly/wavy (some parts have 3a loops others have 2c S waves), if I use no product I can wear my hair for a little less than a week before it gets oily- in fact it just gets tangled it doesn’t really get oily until after a week. With product its about the same as when I extend the time I have to shower with straight using dry shampoo. (2-4days). I think it’s the science of how the hair cuticles are raised/open more when curl hair is allowed to air dry.
The number of times I have strode towards the curly hair product like I wasn't there to play? I've lost count. The times I am there to play are when I want to expand my horizons. But do not interrupt me when I'm comparing labels.
"hi beautiful, you look ravishing today" me with my hair plopped up, with dried mascara down my cheeks, who hasn't slept for 4 days eating a bag of chips: _i know_
Manes by Mel is a textured hair specialist on RU-vid. She knows her stuff and is amazing at explaining how curly hair works and what products to mix together. Would love to see a video of the two of you together.
Brad, I came here to thank you. I've been very depressed after getting divorced from an abusive alcoholic and I was just fired from my job. After over a year of barely keeping up with anything for myself, much less sufficient self-care, watching your videos inspired me to dye my hair purple (I went with arctic fox purple rain because xmondo dye is sold out.) I love it. I might get my nose pierced next. Thank you for encouraging self expression and being awesome. Take care.
Good for you ,glad u can breath now,and best wishes on everything u do ,you don't deserve that life,we only have 1 live it to your fullest it's cliche bit TRUE!!!! 🤗🤗🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😁😁😁💙💙💙
I'm so proud of you for being strong, fighting through, and never giving up. You tackled some of the worst things COMPOUNDED TOGETHER!!! I hope you're aware of the resilience it takes to do that, the amount of mental steel it takes. Remember that a rainbow can only form if there's rain or a storm.
He should make the products bigger since he wants us to use so much, I have very short hair so when I try it I won’t be worried of using it too fast but the girls with way longer hair will have to keep buying more bottles
My hair is very curly and I can dry my hair in 30 minutes. Invest in a good dryer and it's awesome. Sometimes I let it a bit damp or I just damp my hair, put the product and dry it in 10 minutes.
Would love to see more vids of you reacting to people with more kinkier/tightly-coiled hair textures.💜 3c-4c curly girls embracing their natural, kinky/afro-textured hair is a WHOLE entire world here on YT.
@@HelloKitty-yc7nq or it's not his expertise since he doesn't have much experience in it and doesn't wanna get flamed for saying something wrong? he's done a few videos a while back on type 4 hair and has complimented and admired afro hair. he might just be a bit wary
I use pick combs (ones that every black man or woman with an afro has in every movie or TV show ever) and Idk if it's the best thing I could be using but it works really nicely for my 3b/c hair
@@gingechicken7394 i love mine for after styling to add volume! but it's too thick for me to be combing with it... haha! but if it works for you, it works! That's the motto of curly life
Sucks that his brand is not available through cosmetic chains such as Douglas here in Germany. Would love to try out Wavetech for my not straight not curly hair :( Hope the world is picking up on the quality and boost this brand. Would love to see the success for his company!
Love Brad, but his "curly hair" comments are sort of backwards. He is definitely talking more about wavy and very loose curls. I would love to see products for more curly haired people!
Agreed! I have 3c-4a hair and I find Manes by Mell to be a great person to watch so if you have curlier hair I highly recommend her. Love Brad too but he doesn't quite cut it for my hair texture.
@@kwhatever5806 are his products more geared towards 2b-3a? Asking as a 3b/c girl. Even if Brad is lacking in the higher curl level, I'm not mad honestly, it's so hard to understand and make products for super curly hair if you don't have much experience living with it.
@@gingechicken7394 Yeah it’s more 2a-2c unfortunately. Wish that he would do more research about curly hair before talking about it, but honestly so many people don’t understand curly hair that it’s just commonplace. Our hair is very unique :)
Agreed It doesn't look inclusive at all And Idk if you guys noticed but it looks like it kills all of the volume The only one who got some was the first tik tok, but she was lifting it with her arms
Ok, is anyone going to talk about how Brad just slid that color from his hair to his eyes leaving a perfect bleach and a stunning shade on those baby blues? Fabulous!
Oh my god! I have been saying this for months! And everyone I know was like, "How, when where??!?". And I am like, "I don't know how, but he just it is!!!"🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
i love how genuine you are about everything and how grateful you are. i feel like there’s a lot of celebrities, youtubers, social media influencers, etc. that say they’re grateful but it’s easy to tell that they’re really not. you’re genuinely grateful though and you show it and it’s one of the reasons i like you and your content so much. your products are amazing and i’m determined to try some of your hair colors one of these days lol
@@stephme2686 to be fair as someone with curly hair, brands tend to cater to one kind of hair. Either straight or curly, I don't expect a black owned brand to work for some who's white. But if you do have 4c hair and happen to be balc you can always give his products a try. I've found my 3a to 3b hair works well with products many black people use. Like my curl cream I've seen tons of black people review and they enjoy it. It's one of the only ones that doesnt cause build up and doesn't leave werid film on my hair ect-
I’m annoyed that he didn’t show at least one black girl with 3b-4c hair with his product. Like we’re the ones with actual curly hair who need something like this!
Honestly, I just wish that there are more products for kinkier/curlier/ more natural hair. The wave tech seems more wave-curls and not coils and it would be nice to have another product on the market for us ... yk?
Thank you brad for encouraging us to love our naturql hair. All my life, I live with straightened hair because I feel like straight is much better. But now, I cut my hair and growing my natural curls.
That was my first thought when I finished this video. I would love to see if this stuff could make some coils and kinks pop. I'm putting this comment here just in case someone recommends a small RU-vidr that is hard to find just by using the search bar.
I’m a curly girl and honestly, wave tech is the absolute best product I have ever used. Hands down. I have purchased product after product for years and nothing comes close to this. Please don’t ever stop making it, Brad! Edited to add: I have 3a curls and the curly girl method was not for me
"wavetech wave foam" - i'm actually pretty surprised by the number of comments expecting 4a-4c hair reviews in this video? there are manyyy other videos on youtube of people reviewing products that are much more obviously oriented towards those hair textures. especially as a black woman w/ 4b hair, I can't imagine many ppl with kinkier hair reaching for a product that says "wave foam" to use on their natural hair. it's really not a product that many black naturals use in their hair regularly, so I'd be more than surprised if brad is actually able to find enough kinky haired people on youtube to react to. that isn't to say that there will not be one single person with tighter curls who uses this products, buuuut i personally won't be holding my breath.
I never have high expectations for these types of products tbh, but when you put "curly" in the title a lot of us 3b-4c folk aren't expecting wavy hair to be the entire video 💀 I agree w you on the fact that I would literally never try anything marketed as "wave tech" but I really thought this would be about curlier hair types. Disappointed but not surprised.
THANK YOU! I get that some want to feel included and represented, but Brad is a white man with straight hair. He's going to cater to what he knows. Which is fine as long as he doesn't hate on other textures, which to my knowledge, he hasn't. There are so many other products out there by people that have our actual hair texture, that I'm not understanding the need for this one specific product to work for us too. Actually I do know what it is, but that's a subject for another day. Anyways, I agree with you.
My order for the Wavetech took only 2 DAYS! Just used it today and OH MY GOSH my curls have never been this bouncy. I normally have hard hair because of gel and this stuff smells amazing and isn't sticky! 10/10, Brad. For real my boyfriend and I are shocked! 😍😍😍😍💯💯💯
The Wavetech foam saved my waves and curls! I will say that I tried both diffusing and air-drying my hair with the product in and I prefer the air-dry method much more. I found that while diffusing provided more volume, when my hair air-dried, the curls and waves were bouncier and better formed. I will definitely be getting more of this product when I run out!
You're gorgeous just in general brad, but that eyeliner makes your eyes pop so beautifully!!! thanks for all the positivity you put out into the world :)
It's so cute how Brad was nervous his product wouldn't live up to the curly standards. He's really good at being involved with his line and making sure it represents him. I appreciate that!
Wave tech is amazing. This is my go to whenever I decide to embrace my waves. Everyone always compliments my hair when I use this. This product has changed my hair life.
As a wavy haired person, I’m totally interested in trying this! I feel like anytime I air dry my hair, I don’t get as much volume, compared to diffusing. But I’d be willing to try!
As an “older” curly gurl ... woman ... lady ... queen ... I have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. I’ve spent my 35 years looking for the perfect product that cares for my curls, but doesn’t weigh them down. Coming from a family where NO ONE has curly hair but me (other than my fave grandma) no one knew what to do with my hair, so no one really taught me. Other than Monk telling my parents to help me with my hair, I was lost. I had mostly black friends growing up and they would use their products on me, some worked and some weighed my hair down. What I love about wavetech, and BDSM is that those products allow my hair to just be what it is and it’s never, ever looked better. I used to literally straighten my hair every day and then use a curler to put curl back into my hair because I couldn’t figure out how else to take care of it. I got kids, man -- and no more time to mess with that BS so thank you. And my kids thank you. And my sanity thanks you because now I’m not listening to whining and beating on the door while I’m trying to do my hair the ONE FRIGGIN TIME A WEEK I wash it. Oh aannnnd that! I find that just tossing on some BDSM and a tiny bit of wavetech at the end of the week before I wash my hair is a nice enough refresh and wavetech still isn’t sticky or crunchy when used sparingly on dry hair as a refresh. That’s just for me -- but there it is. Thanks again. You’re amazing. Keep making your magic. 🥰🥰😘
Can you describe the smell of the product? I get headaches from floral smells or chemical-y smells. When you smell it, what words do you use to describe it?
@@krayonkel not floral, not sweet -- and not overbearing -- not even sure how I’d describe the scent other than to say it smells really nice and clean; just strong enough to leave a hint of it in your hair, but not so strong that everyone is asking you what fragrance you’re wearing.
I went to go buy wave tech and it’s literally sold out lol I already do what this video entails and get really nice curls but this product looks phenomenal The more curls the better
Nooooo that’s so sad!!! I love I Australian but have never bought a product from him. I thought he did ship it bad sadly not. Once I started getting money I would have bought a product from here. Yes please ship to Australia!!!
As much as I would love to do this on my own Brad is just SOOOO AMAZING I wanna have a whole hair session with him. the convo the time spent with him alone would be a dream come true. I have for sure not been taking care of my hair the right way but then I found him 4 years ago. I LOVE ITTT
I’m so excited and waiting for this to be restocked! I just love watching you you make me feel so good and motivated to put out a better version of me! Your ‘live your life extra’ sticker is now on my phone case to remind me!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I would love to see him partner with someone to make a coily/kinky hair product. There are people within the type 4 community that love you brad! I hope to see it... sans coconut oil please 🤭
I just put an order in for wavetech! I wanted to add more to my cart but times are hard lol. I have used gels, mousses, and other things for years. Seeing the curls here makes me feel so good about this purchase. Thanks! Ill have to send a video when I get it!
Honestly this was the push I needed to treat myself to this for my hair 🥰 I don't have super curly hair at all but I'm hoping to define them more with this! 😁
I just want to know if this wave tech is for loose curls and tight curls like type 4 or just loose curls no problem if it is just for loose just wanted to know😁😅
I have curly/wavy hair & never have found the right mix but after watching this you have convinced me to embrace my curly-wavy hair again! You're the best Brad Mondo😊
to be fair as someone with 3b curls I don’t trust people with straight hair to give me product or styling advice, curly hair is so different from straight hair I’m not sure you can care for it right if you haven’t experienced the struggle on your own head
@@annahill99 There are many great products for curly hair made by non curly hair people. Many people that think they have straight hair acutally can have amazing curls. It just depends on whether you want to learn abut proper hair care or not. Not having curly hair doesnt mean you cant know what its like to have it and how to take care of it😀
Hi Curly Telly! I have 3b-3c I have used wavetech on my hair and I love it. I do use it with a leave in and my hair looks amazing. Wave tech gives me medium hold and beautiful volume. I say try it! I did not use the wide comb method I used my hands. 💕
one of the girls shown had curls in the 3a-c range, not quite sure which she has but I do know she falls into that category. Now if you have thick hair idk how it works I have thick and curly hair as well I’m in the 3 range myself but idk how this would work for me.
Like the top comment said I wouldn’t trust a White man with straight hair to suddenly care about making products for curly hair that is 3 & 4 types. RU-vid has many many good content that will lead you to find products that is meant for you sweetie 💚 I’m only here for entertainment , not advice for my curls
Oh nooo I'm in Germany right now and I dont want to ask my parents cause it's very expensive with the shipping I'm sorry you don't have the chance to get one
@@MsDeki echt ich hab mal geschaut und da stand zumindest das man die Währung abgleichen kann und da stand das man noch so und so viel kaufen muss um eben keine Lieferkosten zu bekommen aber es kann echt sein das das nicht so ist schade :(
