I was a hairstylist also, 30 years. I have no finger prints. When I went to the police station to be fingerprinted for my concealed carry license, the cop had to digitally “enhance “ my prints.

That’s like my dad! He’s worked over 25+ years as a baker and with the constant heat and transferring of hot baking pans he has no fingerprints! When we go to theme parks like universal or Disney he has to show his ID because the gates will never let him through with the fingerprint scanner 😂

If a client wants blonde but they have black hair, it's never safe to assume you can bleach them to blonde in one setting...it should at least be three different appointments to get that the hair to icy blonde however the hair needs to be conditioned in btw each visit in order to build the hair up 😉

Yes and it looks cute on her! I think what Brad criticized wasn't the general orangey-brown colour itself, but the brassiness, that it was uneven and that she called it "blonde" when it wasn't.

People who worked at pineapple processing plants used to have no fingerprints due to the constant exposure to the papain enzymes and acids. Idk if that's still a thing now though.

I'm pretty sure he means if your hair is severely damaged from bleaching or other methods. If your hair is thick or has a certain porosity level, it's normal for it to take a while to dry

My hair is naturally dark brown, and once I messed up with dying after bleach (i didnt like the blue I got), so I fixed my hair by dying it black-blue, and now im in love! Using dark colors is a good way to fix your hair if something goes wrong in my opinion, besides most people can pull off dark hair!

Jenna Mejia I know this was two months ago, but I usually have a lot of luck with Manic Panic lighting bleach kit, dye it blonde with what brand you like, then deep condition it; longer you leave it the better, and bonus points if it's leave in or leave in oil treatment 😄 but I'm an amature so there might be healthier ways than that; plus I baby my hair due to how often I change colors

im also not a stylist but my hair is almost always healthy after i bleach it, even front black to blonde (which i do way too often). i usually use a blue toning bleach once, deep condition it, wait 3-7 days depending on the texture, then bleach again. i also only use 20 or 30 volume. usually 20. any kind of hair oils and deep conditioners are you friend when you do it yourself. i color my hair super often as opposed to my friends who have ruined their hair when they try 😓

She looks amazing with any colour. I had long dark hair my whole life and wanted to go blonde for so long... because my natural hair is so dark and thick I decided to go to a professional and I’m so glad I did. I had to do highlights for my hair. Long story short, going dark is easy but going back to blonde is hell. Took me so long to get back to it. I ain’t changing any time soon! Props to all of you doing it by yourselves!

Brad, love watching your videos. At age 69 I have never tried to cut or color my own hair, my mother did my color until she passed, now I have a stylist that is very trustworthy. When she suggests something I listen, been with her 9 years of looking good.

Steel Rose Ditto-orange-red is a great color. It’s so much better than dark red, which tends to look really fake if it’s not your natural color.

Jessica K i'vve heard that east asian ppl like Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and so on have a different hair structure than whites or black folk bc their hair structure is stronger and you really have to bleach it more than once if you want it lighter

ella brković yeah but using 40 volume is like MAJOR DAMAGE!! On your hair lol. Usually people don't go over 20 volume unless your a professional bc they have other products to mix it with and manage it better. But Jessica K is saying doing that high of a volume 4 times in just 7 days is insane!! LOL.
