Glad to see someone with relaxed hair showing tips. I am 3 years natural and I still don't believe the hype about natural hair is the end all be all for healthy hair. My edges were far more healthier when I was relaxed than they are and I'm natural. Thanks for sharing.
It irks my nerves when I see comments on a relaxed hair woman's page saying, "Have you thought about going chemically free and being natural?" WHY? It's her choice. Her hair looks nice and healthy to me. Why bother doing anything else if what you are doing works for you? I just don't understand why women who are natural would push their views on others. It's not warranted in all cases. Ghyanne Edwards- Jack
Years ago were my introduction to RU-vidrs who focused on hair. I was relaxed back then but even being natural I still watch because you focus on healthy, strong, long hair. I still benefit from your vids.
Beautiful hair! So thick and healthy looking! I enjoy all of your helpful tips. Great to see another relaxed girl-- so many have gone natural. Keep up the awesome work!
that because they don't know how to take care of their hair. It's has nothing to do with natural hair is better options cause its has no chemicals. In my opinion
Vanessa C Do you know how many chemicals cosmetics, soaps, perfumes, and even FOODS contain? Wake up! Harmful chemicals are not all relaxer-related. These hair videos attract the most narrow minded tunnel-visioned people out there!
@@Zizzyyzz do you know the fucking air you breathe is contaminated??? Did you also know nobody here gives a flying FUCK about your weak ass opinion??? Huh did you know? Well if you didn't you shol do now
My blow dry and flat iron process on my relaxed hair is very similar, it seems like the more weeks post relaxer the better my flat ironed hair looks, great video Hun
Yea & more swang & fuller with the new growth. I'm texlaxed going on 5 years and its struggle sometimes with the thickness & all but when I flatiorn my hair I love the swang & fullness it has & high pony tails and top knot buns look beautiful and full so it's worth it✌🏽
such a cutie pie! i miss my relaxed hair. i also feel like my hair was healthier and longer when it was relaxed. its so difficult to manage my natural hair, but i cant go back. ive been natural for 5 yrs and i am going to see it through. loved the video and i love your hair!
+Radiantly Rok Thanks so much! My sister is going through the same thing (she's natural too) so I know what you mean. Keep your regimen very simple, just be patient & consistent. Thanks for watching.
I been natural for 2 years an my hair is very thick an long am in going to relax it next weekend.im so excited miss my straight hair so much an seeing u im super excited now lol
Just found you under my recommended. I was natural but just recently relaxed my hair again and cut my hair into a pixie. I’ve decided to grow my hair out to see how long it can get it. The first time I was just a little past shoulder length. I will be using your technique to keep my hair moisturized because it’s always dry even when I was natural and I’ve tried everything. Love your videos! 💕
Your hair looks amazing! My hair is also relaxed and healthy. I love wearing it flay ironed. I also use the same argan oil. It smells so nice and leaves my hair shiny. One of these days I'd like to do the castor oil challenge to see how much more length I can achieve. Have a great day!
Thank you so much. I'm happy to hear your hair is healthy and relaxed too. Yes you should join the castor oil challenge as well :) you still have time to join.
Hi Sunshyne glad to see you back! You look great. How have you been? I started out on your hair blog site as relaxed and now I'm 2 yrs natural. Your hair looks sooo healthy. Thanks for sharing this video. Mattie:-)
+Hairlicious Inc. that is so good to here. Actually my natural hair journey is going well. I'm learning a lot more about my hair each day. When you have spare time take a look at my natural hair videos. Thanks for replying back.😀🎃
Quick question...do you see a difference between blow drying with a paddle brush vs a comb attachment? Looking to purchase a blow dryer and was curious.
+Hairlicious Inc. Checked out your regimen and noticed you deep condition with a light protein and coconut oil weekly. Do you follow up with a moisturizing conditioner after the light protein?TIA!
Hello! I hope all is well! Can you please share which steamer do you use? I noticed on IG that the one that you have is height adjustable and I am really looking for a great long lasting one. I LOVE you hair! Thanks in advance!
Hi Steph! I have an older video of the steamer that I use (same one posted on IG). I've had it for years now. It's amazing. I can always do an updated video. Let me know☺️
Hi, when blow drying your hair, do you end up removing a lot of hair from the brush? I just followed your tips and I lost quite a bit. I noticed this when cleaning my brush. I do have quite thick and strong hair anyway so it doesn't show as such.
When my hair is freshly flat ironed, I'll moisturize and seal lightly with Eden body works coconut soufflé or Scurl and seal with a tiny bit of Jojoba oil, then wrap. I usually leave my hair flat ironed for 5-7 days then I go back to my usual hair routine.
I've used Tresseme heat protectant (the mousse one) and it left my hair feeling so brittle after blowdrying. I tried to figure out what was going on because I was experiencing a lot of breakage. I thought it was a protein overload but I had been using plenty of moisturizing conditioners. So I stopped using it. I am currently in the market for a good heat protectant. If you put a product in your hair and it doesn't feel right then don't use it.
I would love to see a get to know you video. are you married, have children? what do you do?where are you from? have you ever had any hair set backs? How tall are you? how often do you make hair videos? I might be you biggest hair fan. Lillian
