Dear doctor, I have 3 questions: 1) while I am bending my feet (with bunion) I have great pain, will the pain decrease by time ? (I do the exercise 2 times daily) 2) Do I have to be afraid when it aches too much and not to push it more, or do i not to be afraid and push it regardless of the pain? 3) how long do we do the whole 3 of the exercises, each 2.5 minutes? I am asking about the each of the 2 sections in the first exercise and the second exercise, in total should it be 7,5 minutes for 3 of them i.e. 2,5 minutes each?

@@Liebscher.Bracht_EN hi I'd jut ask about a back stupid and weird pain I'm having a pain in back happened about a month ago Its in back but at right side , it was not a continuous pain, i only felt that sudden lil sharp pain when i was sitting , standing , bending or about to lay in bed Its been gone now but sometimes if i sleep in wrong angle or bend or sit in wrong angle , i again suddenly feel it only once It feels its been gone but still can hit anytime And yes i always sleep straight or on my right side. Very less on left
