Outside the city, reach a defendable location until reinforcements arrive in the fifth campaign mission for Halo Wars.
With the civilian evac complete, Sergeant Forge and a small band of units retreat from Arcadia City with Covenant forces tailing right behind them. Needing to keep a foothold on Arcadia colony, Cutter orders Forge to find a defendable position and await further reinforcement.

**CORRECTION**
During the initial retreat, I stated I wouldn't use the reactor on the main highway during the mission (later I contradicted my advice). I suggest using that reactor later to acquire tech level 4 for higher upgrades once you have a sizeable force. Alternatively, you can build another reactor at either base location.
