Just found this channel and it’s fantastic. Seeing these guys figure it out for themselves has given me the courage to tackle the annoying rusty spots in my van. Fair play and keep it going 👍
Good work. Try clamping a couple rods together with a space (1/8" ). Then you can bend the metal in between the 2 rods with either hand pressure or a hammer. Btw, a bigger hammer when hammer forming helps(less force needed). Let the hammer do the work, not your shoulder, arm, or wrist. Really enjoying all your vids. Cheers!
Hey guys just want to say love your channel About 20 years ago I baught a 73 tin top camper In Orange identical to yours. And in about the same shape yours was. I did new metal all around the bottom of the bus did the interior etc . When I repainted it I went 2 tone orange and cream on top. With a roof rack. It's not perfect I'm a mechanic not a auto body guy but it turns heads pretty we'll for being 50 years old. Keep up the good work. My only regret is not finding a sink as mine was destroyed when I purchased it.
Looking forward to seeing how you tackle the inner arch repair - mine are much worse than yours and theres no repair panel available - only the full inner arch tub, which is very spendy.
I like your hard work but you don't necessarily have to upload many videos, in my opinion it's better if you upload 1 video per week or month but with more quality, sorry but this video is nothing. Quality>Quantity
Thank you for the feedback. My Sunday episodes are typically longer and feature more work being done as I have more time to work. I use this channel as a personal motivator to get work done on the bus and to learn how to make better videos. Thanks for the comment
