This was an amazing class! I love it ❤️❤️ I can definitely feel like I am building upper strength from all the other classes I have been doing from your RU-vid channel! I was able to do some of the drills near the end 🤩. Thank you Charlie! I am super excited for the launch on August 9th!!

This was challenging but I think I’m getting stronger coz I was able to switch legs in mid air and find a bit of a pause although the last drill was quite impossible for me. 😅

I have a question, can I make drills like this at the morning? Im always exercising with you at mornings, yesterday I did this drills with you at morning too. It was difficult but I made it. I’m just wondering if its not too burdensome for relaxed muscles after the night?

I loved the class but maybe try changing the position of the microphone… The constant mouth sounds are not really relaxing :)
