In this session I walk you through the trick to becoming flexible for non-flexible people. My flexibility method is simple. Here’s the order I recommend you work in to get the most out of this video:
1. Watch from start to finish - Take your time to fully understand each piece of information. This might be the first time you've learnt anything, anatomy-wise, so it can take a couple of watches, and re-watches for it to go in.
2. Apply it to your practice - Challenge yourself by seeing how much you've learned and whether or not it's actually gone in. This is the first step to applying the techniques I talk about at the end of the video.
