My main problem is that my kegs would drop when going down. I am also not sure how far i should go forward with my head because i think that's what's causing all the problems. Any tips?
You should probably work on negative reps in order to understand how to hold the balance. So try to get down as slow as you can and keep the bottom position. Then try to push yourself up. At this point, if you can’t get up, try to slightly bend your lower back, but as you get stronger keep the straight line. Stomach to wall handstand push-ups is a great exercise that strengthens your shoulders. But negatives will make you understand how far forward you should lean to prevent falling your legs down.
@@danfonkats9761 i have the strength. I know that because i get to do 2 reps in a row here and there. Just not consistently. But you are right,maybe i was form "whoreing" too early.
