My sister would play this over and over again when I was just a kid. She would have been 72 today, she left in 1975 and everytime I hear this tune, my mind takes me to a time so long ago. I have the dvd of this concert.Hank and the band were amazing.It is so sad that Peter May who was Sir Cliff's drummer for many years and was featured on this dvd is no longer with us.He was an amazing drummer one of my all time favourites

When I went to watch Hank play this a few years Go on the Hank plays live tour. When he played thus praticuler tune . He had an acustic guitar attached to some sort of stand and his electric guitar strapped to him on his back. When it came to the heavy part of the tune. He would switch to his electric guitar. Then quickly back to the acustic guitar that was on the stand in front of him.

I just learned today that this piece was written for his dog that had passed...I can only imagine the images of his & my own dog that would have provided the video for such a beautiful piece if music...I can see dogs running along a beach, doing turbo circles & then looking straight into your soul & seeing your love for them reflected in their eyes.

I have the impression that Hank is dubbing on a recording. Some sounds (sliding notes) do not correspond to his fingering on the fret board . Nonetheless I love listening to that tune in that concert.

Not even a second of showing the rhythm guitar or bass guitar playing. There was a shot of the drums and that's all. It's 99%, Hank. It's Hank's show, but would be nice to give some credit to the other guys.

Ridiculous and horrible that Hank is placed after among the noisy guitarist who you wont even notice if they miss a note or repeat a riff as exactly as it is supposed to be.....they make mistakes or even have their guitars out of tune....AND NO ONE WILL EVER NOTICE IT.......I wonder if these people even have ears....
