Her attorney is SO gross! Claiming the victim's family was "disrespectful" to that killer?? Smdh. He's desperate. Claiming her murdering a man who was just trying to get to the hospital was "a good deed"...wtaf?? She had good in her heart"? Is he on actual crack? She followed a man who was in diabetic shock, beat him, degraded him and murdered him, then lied about him. Absolutely gross.

Bottom line, if she never had a gun, she wouldn’t followed him. Her weapon empowered her to chase him, hit him and then shot him.

A lot of people who look like Hannah really think this is still, 1923!

Imagine never sleeping in a comfy warm bed with bedding and pillows of your choice. Imagine never cooking and enjoying your favourite meal. Imagine never being able to see the sea, a beautiful sunset. Imagine not being able to fall in love, have children and see your family grow…. Imagine never following your dreams…. Her life is over, and rightly so.

She got life in prison. 30 years is a life term in Georga. Those who committed serious violent felonies on or after July 1, 2006, must serve 30 years before being eligible for parole. Life in prison is mandatory for murder in Georgia. She got 30 years plus 13 years. That is 43 years. She will be eligible for parole when she is 68 if she does the 30 + 8+ 5.

She has to do a minimum of 43 yrs before she even qualifies for parole. And I can almost guarantee that she won't make parole the 1st time she goes up. Most states will also defer parole hearings several years after the 1st one. (Ex- she doesn't make parole the 1st time so the parole board will defer the next hearing for 3-5 yrs instead of seeing her each year. So once she qualifies for parole she'll probably only see the parole board 2 or 3 times every 10 yrs instead of once every year). There a real probability that she'll die in prison even though she qualifies for parole.

I have no idea what this case was about, or who it involves. . . But, may justice be served with mercy. ⚖️

@BabyYoda320. I agree. Im from Newark New Jersey and the stigma and truths about gun violence in our area is Def. Not according to who u ask, its a Dam Shame and we have all been affectted by it personally. And guns do give people a False Sense of Power. I have a friend who was in and out of jail due to fact that he use to carry and use guns daily until he himself was shot which brought on a stroke and now he is paralyzed on his left side which is why he has continued to live a crime free life since his shooting. but he now feel that he should arm HIMSELF because he don't like how he has been treated he feels because he is defenseless in a way. But he has a Hannah Payne thought process. He has been able to get thru his arguments and disagreements but feeling as if he lost. So with a gun it would be no question who would win. I have been able to talk him out of it so far cuz i know if he gets one he'll shoot a ham sandwich. Im going to show him this case and maybe he will understand why don't think he should have a gun. Prison would definitely be his last address 😮😢

Crazy how 2 people lost their lives lives over an insurance claim smdh. Guns smh I love them but way to many unstable people have them
