Alondra has been in possession of Kristin's two children. Kristin is Alondra's niece. The two do not get along at all! Alondra is sick of Kristin putting more time into laying edges than being a mom and wants Kristin to pay child support.
Jokes aside, it makes me really sad when she says “she’s making all these girls hair but has never even laid a finger on either of her daughters hair” that’s heartbreaking and any real mother would’ve felt awful from a statement like that
As a mother myself, that breaks my heart tremendously. I love my own daughter and I’m always playing with her hair I can never leave it alone she has a ton of hair. The fact she doesn’t want anything to do with her daughter or kids is really disappointing. Knowing a bunch of people would love to adopt children but never can because of people like these just popping out babies and wanting nothing to do with them.
I love when the judge asks “what do you make” and the ego in them makes them wonder “do I brag about how much I make, or do I play it down so I don’t owe as much”😂😂
@@donbrewer3904 people who really have a lot and are stable don’t have an issue saying they don’t have much, but the unstable folks with little will brag all day
@@HeyitsBri_ I don't have much and I'm the complete opposite but I do what I can for mine. Honor roll, gifted, and has her head on straight (for now) but again I do what I can for her.
I'm not for certain, but I think they have to provide their tax return anyway to verify how much they make. The judge already had her tax return in front her and just wanted to see if the girl was going to tell the truth or not.
It is sad that the mother doesn’t know what a blessing the aunt is to her kids. That auntie has absolutely no obligation to take care of those kids but she does it without hesitation. God bless her immensely…
I hope with all this knowledge Judge V is putting out to the public; that people realize child support is not a joke. All children need to be supported regardless of who is caring for them. Judge V, please keep up the good work. Your eyes speak a million words while sipping your tea.
great comment. child support has such a negative connotation... regardless of any circumstances, the child is innocent and the BARE minimum would be to make sure your child is well taken care of.
@@JudgeVondaB If only you'd actually let them tell the whole story so we can get all the entertainment value out of it; its not like these are actual court cases so you should at least let us milk all the entertainment value out of it as well as the educational benefits that come from getting the full story. You cutting them off from the drama really defeats the whole purpose of this show as an educational program.
@@Casper-Ghost Cutting who off from what drama? Vonda isn't watching or representing in these cases and then turning around to tell us about them, that might even be illegal. she's reading publicly accessible court cases and turning them into videos. All of the relationship dynamics and "tea" are scripted, or at least suggested for the improv actors.
Say it again for the people in the back. Married dad here, we have two boys. Even if we weren’t married I can’t even fathom not providing for my boys. Like wtf.
This Auntie is cracking me UP. "I done had her little tail since she was 5 months old!" and "She can bring by some MacDonalds TODAY!" OMG. I died. You can tell she has a heart of gold, though. Who else is gonna take in those babies like that and raise them. She knows that they have a MUCH better chance with her than with the Momma. She doesn't want them to end up like her. I have a feeling, she's right, tho, and that girl is pregnant again, and Auntie is going to be raising 3.
This happens more often then people think. My wife and I were able to finally adopt a little boy that was abandoned at our day care at 14 days old and the adoption was final on his second birthday. The mother didn't willingly give up her rights. After hearing testimony at the hearing to have her rights revoked the judge told her that she was lucky we were licensed because she should be looking at criminal charges. He then told her that he had doubts that she should be allowed alone in a room let alone with a child. He then told her it wasn't our fault or her son's fault that we were there. That if anyone had to suffer it was going to be her and at our sons age he would be devastated if he was removed from the people who loved and cared for him and He was not doing that.
@nicolehegarty4749 You can adopt. I worked with a single Jewish woman in the late 1980's and she adopted 2 black children. They were cheaper, she said. I was beyond shocked, and puzzled because I didn't know that money was involved in adoption outside of legal fees. She got the boy first, Joshua and then a girl, Rachel. I've often wondered how they fared, cause she was a tiny woman, and, she didn't cook! I wonder how she managed with him during the hip hop,rap music, radio playing age, and sneaker phase. 😅
@@nicolehegarty4749 adoption should only go to 2 parent house holds. I don't care if they are a same Seggs couple but absolutely 2 parents. Children need to grow up around love and affection.
@@thingsstranger1458that part!!! Kids need a village and two patent homes are needed, I'm doing it alone and I know despite my efforts I'm raising statistics because dad dipped out.
I raised five children as a single-parent father. Two of my children I had since they were only 4 months old and 1 1/2 years old. I worked full time, and paid for everything for them without and family or friends to help support me. My children's mothers never paid me any child support money, not even .50 cents, ever! I am so glad to see this judge holding these parents accountable to financially help support their children at last! My five children are now all grown, three of them finished their college educations and one is a firefighter. They all played sports and three of them were classical, jazz musicians, and vocalists. I invested all of my time and money for the sake of my children, while their mothers never did anything for them! The gates of hell are open waiting for two of them to arrive! One has already passed away and hopefully made it into Heaven.
First off she does strippers hair. I wouldn't want my kids anywhere near that environment or type of people. She can keep doing stripper hair and bring me MY MONEY!!
Dang $1500!? She is better off having custody of her own kids & having her own place, maybe even buying & owning a home 😳. It really doesn’t pay to skimp out sometimes, she could’ve been crediting herself.
That auntie lookin after the kids is wonderful. I’m sure she can be tough on them, but at the same time I bet that woman loves them in a way their biological mom never could, what a heart of gold and sass.
The aunt is mean but that's coming from a frustrated place. That gal dropped her kids off and left. I would be mad and cuss her out too. So many people have kids they never wanted in the first place and dump them on relatives.
And the relatives take them. Maybe auntie should make that pretty young thing take care of her own kids. Auntie is enabling pretty young thing to not live up to her obligations as a mother. Give the kids back. Problems solved.
She needs to just give all rights to the aunt!! Obviously she don’t want anything to do with those babies!!! Thank goodness those babies have an auntie who loves and is willing to take care of babies!! Kudos to you auntie
Koodos to auntie my ass. The biggest problem in the black community is the 76% father absence. And that has crippled this generation of young black men and now ther is no mother in the house either. All because little miss pretty wants to be free. Maybe a better idea for her would be to keep her legs closed. But no. I'll pop out another cause auntie already said she'd take care of it
I really do commend this aunt for stepping into the gap and taking care of those babies. Has to be hard to do that for someone you absolutely do not get along with. Says a lot about her love of children. My aunt did that for me and my two brothers but never got a dime from anyone for it. As far as I’m concerned, she saved my life and she’s my mother 100% and I cherish her. She’s 82 now and not long for this earth. The woman is a saint.
This is my favorite episode. Auntie Alondra did not waste any words! Then she was like,"She can bring by some mcds today." No resentment, just take care of your kids.
Although I love the cases, the most powerful and influential moments of this show are when Judge Vonda is walking down the hallway in her robe with her books and calculator, followed by when Judge Vonda being on the bench doing what she does best. It's a constant reminder that if she can do be a judge as a beautiful young black woman, then I can do it, too. It may not seem like very much to others, but it means a lot to me to see that representation with every episode. It's very empowering! Thank you for showing that to me through your show's intro, Judge.
THIS!!!!!! The main reason I watch her videos she really does inspire me to do right by others. I really want to go into social justice or criminal justice no matter the size of the impact
Judge is such a strong, intelligent, understanding person. You are perfect for what you do! Helping these families and these kids get what they need and deserve for a proper upbringing. LOVE the in- court videos so much! your personality is shining :)
I love how they brag about their job but all judge can hear is “I can afford to pay im just cheap” and that’s when she gets them ! Love ur work man so unbiased
Nope we know i still feel some way about my father who never helped my mom and he had the nerve to try and reach out to me i told him when he cuts me a check for 18 years then reach out
Well, there's definitely some "where to" and "thereby" that you wouldn't know unless you end up in support court. Ex: I found out that even if the non custodial parent buys the child's clothing or pays for school, etc in addition to/or in place of support, that is considered a gift(s)if a child support order is in place. You HAVE TO pay thru Child Support in order for it to count. My ex had done some of those things, when I told that to the judge she smiled, thanked me for being honest then informed me those are gifts and he is now in arrears (which is why we were in court). He damn near fainted. 🤭🤭
Kids are expensive. Great to have and raise, but expensive. Especially when they go through growth spurts and you have to buy new clothes twice a year.
Wow that’s just sad. That aunt will be blessed for taking care of kids that aren’t hers and maybe not even blood related. What an amazing woman. And she held those kids down for years before even taking her to court for support. 👏 she’s a saint
She's going to find some else to pawn those children off on so she can avoid paying the $1,590 child support order. Everything we need to know about her can be summed up by the cheap and unhealthy food she brings her children three times a month. But yeah, where are the baby daddies?
I'm sorry auntie all your doing is giving pretty young thing what she needs to live the good carefree motherless life. You are actually giving niece a pass from living up to her responsibilities to those children.
@@commandericeman8588 I think the kids will be ok with the cheap and unhealthy food she brings in that it is one or two times a month. Her saying that she feeds her then come to find out it is 2 happy meals a month is ridiculous. What does she think they eat the other 88 meals a month? I am glad they are making her pay back for the kids' health insurance. The kids deserve health insurance and she can not be trusted to provide insurance but taxpayers should not be footing the bill.
This auntie is spilling ALL of the tea 🍵…ya hear me? She did not come to play or waste this honor time today 🙅🏾♀️ Classic line: “I’m about to lay them numbers” had me screaming 🤣🤣🤣
"Kids are . . . priorities". Indeed, that's what it's all about being a parent! . "You came in here to waste my time and play these games and I'm not about to play with you" No BS, straight to the point, I like it. . People who call themselves "parents" but behave like this "mother" should have their parental right taken away from them immediately and be forced to pay child support to the person(s) who is (are) taking care of the kids like one is should. . At the end: "Is there anything further?" "NO, but she can bring back some McDonalds today". HAHAHAAAAA, hilarious!!!!!!
I LOVE this woman. She is by far the best judge I've seen since judge Judy, and she's not mean. She's plain and blunt, and I love it. Thank you for making sure that even parents who don't want to see their kids at least know it's their fault that they're in this world, and they need to pay for them.
That’s a good Aunt right there. Even though she thinks that she ain’t her niece and they don’t get along too well. She does take good care of the kids. Bless her heart. And your Majesty, Judge V is an awesome judge and I love how she educate us of her rulings at the end of every videos. Thank you for your service and God bless you.
I really love Judge Vonda, it's amazing that people like the aunt get at least the 💰 financial help she needs for the kids. The mother is cynical, narcissist and indifferent about her obligations, hoping she doesn't have more children.
Not aunty taking home $1582.00 a month and still asking for McDonald's today! The McDonald's had me bawling! Today everybody happy! We'll except mommy 😂😂😂😂😂 ❤❤❤❤❤loved this episode fr
I did a couple of math calculations after hearing this case. Suppose the mother child support expenses were $2000 per month and her income was 65,000 per year. Then, the mother would pay only $24,000 a year for her kids, leaving her with around $30 to 40k. How was the biological mother not able to pay??? Shoutout to all the parents and guardians of children and who actually take the time to take care of them.
@@Superpaul205 because depending on the state the parent is responsible for providing healthcare if the parent is able to pay. @ 65k she is well above the poverty line so she’s able to provide health care for her kids
I understand that the aunt is taking care of the children. However the aunt is very bitter. She's maybe taking care of the children but I wonder what bad things she tell the children. Look how she speaks in court. True the mother need to get it together. Because kids grow up and they remember. The good and the bad.
And it's not like she taking care of the kids because mom has issues or is gone from the world. The mom comes around once a month with $5 dollar happy meals. Those kids see it already. Children are smart. She doesn't need to say anything. Plus it sounds like there was issues (not sure if she is her niece) before she even dropped the kids off but she did it anyway. Who takes their kids to someone that don't like/trust em???
I totally agree with you! (Story-time) Alot of parents; that have unsaved issue with themselves will drop there kids off. With family members who aren't the most uplefting. I have a white employee. She told me, her mother raised &treated one of her daughter's different then her other children.(I looked at her). I asked why would your mom do that?It was because her daughter father is black. My employee left her child there with such racist relatives. Now the pattern continues. I can only imagine what the daughter went through:(.
